Specifically, I want to commend the two electricians, Darren and Ross, who carried out the installation. They arrived exactly on time, were incredibly polite, and clearly experts in their field. They took the time to walk me through the entire process, explaining where the cable run would go and how they would integrate the new charging point with my existing fuse board. The installation of the car charger was completed quickly and to a very high standard. Darren and Ross ensured that all the work was tidy, minimizing disruption and even cleaning up thoroughly after themselves. The finished result is neat, discreet, and functions perfectly. Darren attended my property to seek an explanation for intermittent issues with my EV charging. He was engaging and informative throughout the visit and whilst no specific issues with the wiring or charge unit were found I have peace of mind that faulty wiring / installation have been ruled out as causes. Adam and Darren helped me out of a tricky situation where another provider had issued an unsatisfactory EICR and quoted £1,200 for remedial works. ACJ rearranged their schedule to visit the property, inspect the issue, carry out the necessary remedial works, and re-run the report — all within four working days. Adam and Darren were genuinely concerned about me having to pay twice for the report, and their charges for the re-run and repairs were more than fair.
