Each lead is shared with a maximum of 4 MCS-certified installers in the homeowner’s area. This keeps competition manageable while giving homeowners a fair choice of quotes.

You choose which counties you want to cover. Your subscription includes your primary county, and you can add extra counties as add-ons. We cover regions across England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

Yes. All installers on SolarInfo must hold valid MCS certification. This is a core part of our quality standard and gives homeowners confidence when requesting quotes through the platform.

Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your installer dashboard. Billing is monthly with no cancellation fees.

Most installers start receiving leads within the first week of activating their subscription. Volume depends on your county and the time of year — spring and summer are peak periods for solar enquiries.

Conversion rates vary by installer, but our leads tend to convert well because they come from homeowners who are actively researching solar panels via Google — not from cold outreach or social media ads. Many of our installers report closing 1 in 4 to 1 in 6 leads.
