Good Afternoon, My name is Gwenyth Lowe. We would like to advise anyone that has had a new toilet fitted by this company within the last 6 years, to check that the connecting concertina pipe from the toilet to the outside waste, is in tact. We had a new toilet/basin unit fitted 6 years ago by this company, and it appears they unwittingly fitted an inferior quality concertina pipe. We have just had to have the concertina pipe replaced because it split in several places, causing a leak that has damaged the boards of the basin/toilet unit. The boards have become swollen and we are having to employ a cabinet maker to replace them, besides having to have the pipe replaced by a plumber. We would not like anyone to have the experience we have had. It definitely is not a good one! We have written to the managing director of Unique group, explaining this. so he is well aware of the incident.
