AW Electrics were very good. Electricians arrived promptly and worked hard to instal the battery and inverter. They were very friendly and polite and we would recommend the company for reliability and doing a good job. They discussed options and answered our questions fully. The electricians were tidy workers and they did a neat job. We were pleased with the installation process.

The service from the guys that came on the day was nothing short of perfection! They were polite, friendly and incredibly professional throughout the day, the full solar installation on took just over 6 hours and the team were communicative and supportive all the way through. Couldn’t be happier with the end result, the work was completed to a high standard, the site left clean and tidy, they took all waste away with them and even hoovered up after themselves! Will definitely use the team again for any electrical work, highly recommended!

Enquired about having solar batteries fitted to complement my solar panels which were installed 12 years ago. Adam came out to do a site visit to establish feasibility and the best place to fit them (Our garage which is some 4 metres from the side of our house). The quote with 3 different battery options was with me within the week. I chose a Luxpower ACS 3600 inverter with two 5.1KW Hanchu batteries and I thought the pricing was both competitive and fair. An install date was arranged for 15th April (within 4 weeks of the first visit). The equipment was installed neatly and professionally by the AW Electricals team of Simon, Mark and Mike. One part of the installation involved running around 10 metres of RJ45 cable from the garage, under a path, along a fence, around the corner of the house, over our porch and through a very thick stone wall into the cupboard under our stairs to capture the amount of solar energy being generated by our panels so it could be displayed on the monitoring system. This was done amazingly neatly. The system has now been working without any issue for over a fortnight. I would look no further for a solar company in the Sheffield area.
