A real pleasure to work with from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble and any snags were rectified really quickly. The contractors on site for the installation were very friendly, professional and helpful. Being a building open to the public, they were accommodating to our needs and those of our users, especially children. Really pleased with the outcome, and the App provided is really simple to use. A very happy customer.

Ours was not an easy install because the house was extended years ago leaving us with three sections of south facing roof with only a north facing roof as an alternative. Getting quotes is relatively easy as companies can use satellite imaging but selecting a company is much harder. Optimising the number of panels on the roof space is key and several companies got this seriously wrong. Everyone's Energy was one of three companies that we looked at seriously. Luke came to do the initial survey and design. I found him helpful, friendly and with no hard sell. He took a range of photos including our garage and roof space and used a drone to get some aerial photos. We decided to proceed with Everyone’s Energy and were not disappointed Their organisation was excellent. The scaffolding and hardware delivery was efficient and to schedule. On the day of the install, the roofers found some problems with our roof which prevented them going ahead. Everyone’s Energy was patient with us and left the scaffolding in place whilst we got the repairs done. A friend had a similar problem and had to pay twice for scaffolding. With the roof fixed, the installation went well. The electricians made a neat install of the inverter and battery in our garage exactly where I wanted in order to fit around my bikes! The roofers made a good job of the panels on the roof. After the install, the scaffolding was taken down promptly and all the rubbish was collected. Everyone’s Energy operates a referral scheme and we did refer someone who went on to use them. We were therefore entitled to a small refund but this took well over a month and too many phone calls. It was quite frustrating, given how efficient everything else was. We are very pleased with our system. It is generating power and although we have had a lot of grey days, we have already seen a reduction on our bills.

In an industry full of cowboys, this is an excellent company with helpful staff and we recommend them highly.

I had my installation in January this year and I have been extremely happy with it so far. The installers and scaffolders were super friendly and efficient and there was always someone on the other end of the phone to help with questions and queries. I would definitely recommend.

Everyone’s Energy never fail to impress me. I had a 12 panel and 10kw battery system installed by them in 2023 and have recently had an additional battery fitted. Once again they were efficient, informative and reliable so I am a very happy customer!

We initially engaged with Everyone's Energy in February of 2025 to install our solar setup. We have been so impressed with our system that we decided expand our installation by adding a second storage battery. On both occasions all the staff we have dealt with from the office staff to the installers have been extremely polite, efficient and a joy to deal with.

Everyone's Energy presented various options and costs, they answered all my questions, the install of the batteries was quick and efficient, very pleased with the results, so please I increased the battery capacity which again Everyone's Energy actioned within days of my order, I also recommend them to a friend who has had ad 13 panel 6kw battery system installed. Very efficient service, had a battery and hybrid setup with existing panels, was installed quickly and was so please I got another battery added a month later, which again was installed efficiently and within days of my order. Overall positive. At the start, I disliked being told I had to sign documents on the surveyor's phone to say I understood the new guidelines, without being given sight of the guidelines. It turned out the new guidelines say putting the battery in the garage comes with a fire risk, and any inside installation, including garage, should have fire doors, interconnected smoke alarms, and other fire protection measures. After reading the documents online, I changed our order so the battery etc is now on an outside wall, which is safer and compliant with the new guidelines. Search for the guidelines and download them here for free: PAS 63100:2024 Then there was the bird netting that had to be redone because it had a 2 inch gap all the way around. I went up onto the roof and finished it myself after the guys returned to fix it and still left some gaps. But to be fair, the job was much better after they came back the second time than after the first attempt. Despite these hiccups, we now have a fully functional solar system, which we're happy with. Just could have done with fewer demands for 'blind' signatures, more sight of the paperwork, and people who do the bird netting properly. Our panels were installed in Sept 2024. I didn't leave a review at the time because of the mixed experience and complications, but it's been running well for a year and I'm happy. The ongoing support is fine.

We were very happy with the service we received from Everyone's Energy. They were very responsive, set out the process for us very clearly, were very reliable and dealt with the couple of snagging issues we had quickly and effectively. We've had the panels in place now for over a year and they have been very efficient and we have seen considerable savings on our energy bills over the year. We would be happy to recommend Everyone's Energy to others.

Really good communication, great results

Really good communication and planning, with dates agreed and what they would be doing. Saved thousands on getting them as part of the village/area mass offer. Results are great, solar panels are not intrusive, we’ve had them just over a year and we are saving on our bills. Good customer service as well, needed some extra paperwork for the Electric suppliers and they sent it all through. Can’t fault them.

I couldn’t recommend Everyone’s Energy enough! I had solar panels and batteries installed in June and it has made a huge difference in getting my energy bills down. From the installers through to the team in the office, everyone was helpful, informative and friendly. Madison and Danielle were especially helpful during my installation and Bradley was always willing to help with any technical questions that I had.

I recently had my installation completed by Everyone’s Energy and all I can say it’s how great the whole process was. No pushy sales, friendly and hardworking installers and a very helpful operations team. The app they set up for me allows me to monitor my system and charge my batteries during the cheaper nightly rates that my tariff offers. I am already seeing the benefits…and it is only December!

Highly recommend this company for solar panels and batteries. Everyone that I have had dealings with from the office staff to the contractors installing the equipment has been exceptional. Madison in the office has been great. We only had one issue where a guttering clip was broken and it was fixed within a week of being noticed. Now looking to add further batteries to our system. We currently have 11 panels and one 5kw battery. Have seen a very health drop in our electricity bill and was in credit by end of summer to the tune of £973!! Never been that high in credit. Highly recommend solar panels and using this company.

I can’t praise Everyone’s Energy enough! We have had a great experience with them. No question was too minor, they fit all installations in around our timescales and both the panels and batteries are really benefiting us. We wanted to be more sustainable which we’ve achieved but we have also reduced energy costs. Plus, we got a great deal on the hardware. We had solar panels and a battery installed by Everyone’s Energy. All now working really well. The company were excellent communicators, their teams were well organised and arrived on the set dates. The work was completed quickly and tidily, despite the unique challenges of our property, which is almost three floors in height at the back. Any concerns we had after the initial completion were dealt with quickly and then followed up.

I took 8 or 9 quotes on a solar and battery instalation. Had a variety of prices between £19,000 and £7,000 for slightly different specs and positioning for a garage roof to a pitched roof above my dorma. Everyone's Energy won my trust and install. They were not pushy, didn't oversell an over sized system and gave fair reviews of where best to put the solar and battery compared to other companies by considering all the pros and cons of the work involved. It was was this approach that convinced me to go with them. Everyone I delt with was friendly and dealt with the issues effectively. There were a few issues with the install, the roofer didn't turn up on the booked day due to bad weather. The electrician turned up and installed my battery and isolar hot water system before the panels were put up, but 2 days later the roofer turned up as rearranged and put the panels up in half a day. The system connected up well in June 2025 and I started to notice the difference straight away. It is now October, I have set up an Octopus export tarriff and I've had no issues with the install or operation of the system. Financially, my Octopus account was -£600 in June when the install took place and in October my Octopus account is £422 in credit. It has made a huge difference to family finances. Looking forward to next year to be able to compare the finances over a full 12 months but in the short term it has made a visable difference. I'd recommend the iboost for hot water as this massive lowered our gas consumption in the summer months with 2 teenage girls in the house. I am glad I used this company and their recommendations suited our needs on an east west facing house with dorma windows on both sides it wasn't a straight forward install but they worked out a good package that was towards the lower end of the quotes I received. I have 12 panels and a 5.2KW Fox battery with iboost and Zappi charger installed. All working perfectly. A satisfied customer and when I expand the system and increase battery capacity I will use them again. Harry set up the quote and Maddison dealt with install arrangements and after sales were both professional and helpful in seeing the deal to a successful completion for all involved.

Had a solar and battery system installed by Everyone's Energy in July 2025 and couldn’t be happier with the result. Requirements were the installation needed to be neat and tidy with minimum wires making the house look messy (wife’s criteria), and minimum internal disruption, i.e. no ceilings being ripped out of the living room etc. I wanted a decent sized solar array in neat black panels, a decent sized battery and home backup abilities – largely because I wouldn’t want to be in a power cut with a full battery which I’m unable to use. I’d previously tried Octopus Energy and had wanted to buy a Tesla system off them as met most requirements, largely because of the 0% finance they offered. In short they were awful – they clearly go for the lower end of the market and have their own specific rules about not lifting floorboards and similar – get the impression they’re really targeting the easy jobs. Got all the way to installation date when from ground level one of their team said they suspected asbestos in a 2009 extension soffit due to some dirt around an extractor fan, so team had to pack up and go home. Wouldn’t listen to a word I said or the asbestos expert I managed to get on the phone saying there’s no way it could be asbestos and their “diagnosis” didn’t make any sense. Seemed they wanted to clock off on a Friday. I told Octopus to get the scaffolding down asap as I was cancelling immediately. Awful company made up of disillusioned subcontractors – have heard other horror stories since. Everyone’s Energy couldn’t have been more different. After discussing what I wanted they recommended the Sigenergy system, which I much preferred to the previous Tesla proposal and has all the same functionality with the additional home gateway module. Plus it’s more future-proof and flexible, and I ended up going for a larger capacity (two 8KWh batteries in a stack). They were also much more proactive in suggesting different cable routes and equipment positioning – Luke came and did measurements and came up with an initial proposal, and an electrician (who would actually be the one doing the instal) came and did his own survey, which resulted in some adjustments which I was very happy with. Scaffolding went up in a morning and the installation happened soon after. Some problems on the day as measurements were slightly off and one panel couldn’t fit, but the instal team were brilliant. Electrician had a harder time of it as the fuse board is awkwardly placed but he managed in the end, and he had to wait a while for some additional materials to be delivered. Throughout they kept me in the loop on what was going on – both the onsite team and I could always call Madison at their offices who was happy to help. System was activated at 1pm on a Friday and since then I haven’t paid a penny for electricity usage! Generates more than we can use even on a very cloudy day and battery powers the house in evenings and overnight. Can’t wait to get final paperwork so I can set up the export tariff! Overall couldn’t recommend the company more, team were responsive and proactive and really cared about delivery, and fully took on board what we’d discussed we wanted. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in future either when expanding the system if needed or putting in an EV charger at a later date.

Full install on 02 May 2025 - I cant thank the guys enough. They (Theo, Danielle, all the staff) gave me peace of mind throughout the process. I love this company. I can fully recommend Everyones Energy based on my personal experience. Great products, Great service, Greatly informed, Great work, Great clean-up after, Great customer service.
