I needed a new light fitting in my kitchen. Work was done swiftly with the minimum of fuss. I'll be using GSM again. I should add that the cost of the work was very reasonable and I was pleasantly surprised when I got the bill!

Used GSM to fit a new EV charger. Brilliant service from a local company. Tidy, efficient and no issues. Pleasant guys to have around the house. Would definitely recommend them and we will use again for other electrical work.

Can't praise GSM highly enough, from the extremely helpful ladies in the office, to Reece who came to survey the job and Lewis and Aiden who carried out the work in the most professional, pleasant and helpful manner. She was able to answer all my questions and informed me well in relation to work carried out. I went in on recommendation on Monday. I was looking to have a double socket fitted in my garage. As it was a small job they were able to do it that day. Electricians were polite, friendly and cleaned up after. So pleased with the service and would highly recommend.

I wanted some security lighting on the front of the house, I contacted GSM and within a few days gent arrives to discuss what I wanted and a quote was supplied later that day. Just over a week from initial contact to the completion of the work. Can’t praise the service enough, aside the quality of the work completed, I was consulted on each light fitment to ensure it was in the optimal place. Always nervous plucking tradesmen off the internet however I have nothing but praise for GSM. Would not hesitate using them again for any electrical needs. Thanks.

I had a great experience with GSM Electrical today. They were able to offer me a cancelled slot which I accepted gratefully. Nice to get a job done in advance. Kieran turned up on time did the job with the greatest courtesy and consideration. Neat and tidy and took his shoes off! The lady I dealt with on the phone was kind with a friendly attitude.

The team arrived very promptly at the time specified and were very clear and understood the work to be undertaken. Throughout the day both team members kept me up to date on how the job was progressing and checked in to make sure I was happy. I had two lights fitted. Spoke to a lovely lady on the phone to confirm appointment. Found them to be very flexible with time and day to suit. Two young men came very polite courteous and prompt. GSM have a new customer after the excellent prompt service I received yesterday.They were recommended with good reason by my property agency..I had endured 8 days of the relentless high pitched shrill bleep of new interconnected smoke alarms with dying batteries and had annoyed an entire block.The superb Marie in Reception despatched Electrician Malcolm and enthusiastic apprentice Stephen.Within an hour they had replaced a smoke alarm and put new batteries in the other two.They were professional, expert, kind, sympathetic, and concerned.It’s not yet Chrismas but we wanted a silent night!

Outstanding service, emailed and Marie had sorted out the appointment within 24hrs. On the day Kieran arrived on time and talked through every part of the process and agreed the course of action, no hidden costs, a real credit to him and GSM. Invoice was in quickly and payment T&Cs explained clearly. Would recommend and will definitely use for any electrical works in the future. Thank you again

Solar and battery installation

GSM installed a solar panel and battery system for us. Everything about our experience with them was absolutely outstanding. When we first sent an email enquiry in, the wonderful Lauren was on the phone to us within 10 minutes, and this set the tone for everything that followed. There was no hard sell when Greg came to discuss our requirements, and no pressure to sign a deal by a certain deadline. He just designed two systems that suited our needs and let us make our minds up in our own time. Once we decided to go with their proposal, it was just a week or so until installation began. Rory and the rest of the team were very friendly and respectful, and extremely efficient. Rory was also very knowledgeable and kept us clearly in the picture about everything. They completed the job in two days, even though the roofer called in sick. Throughout the process, Lauren was a pleasure to deal with, answering any questions very promptly and pleasantly. When the team found a leaking pipe in our eaves during the installation, they immediately got a plumber to come and check it out in case it had been caused by them. Even though it hadn’t, the company offered to make a payment towards the cost of the plumbing bill as a goodwill gesture. This really is going above and beyond. We will certainly be going straight to GSM for any future electrical work, and recommend them in the strongest terms to anyone looking to install solar or needing any other electrical work doing. They are literally the best trades company we’ve ever dealt with.

Additional solar battery installation

We commissioned GSM Electrical to upgrade our PV System by installing an additional battery. It was great to see that the standards of superb service have been maintained throughout the company, from Lauren and her team in the office through to Rory and his team carrying out the installation. The battery was delivered by Rexel Couriers just ahead of Rory arriving on site so even this was synchronised perfectly. Gary, the delivery driver, was helpful and friendly making sure the battery was left in a position that was handy for the installation but not in the way for us. First Class. Rory and Harris arrived on time as usual and despite having to reconfigure the existing installation slightly to get the new battery where I preferred it, the new battery was positioned and commissioned in a couple of hours. This also included a firmware update of the existing battery. As before the area was left clean and tidy. I would continue to highly recommend this company if you are considering a solar panel installation.

We have just had a Solar Panel / Inverter /. Battery Storage system installed by GSM. We are returning customers and are very pleased with the work that has just been completed by GSM. GSM Electrics are my go-to company for anything electrical they've completed outside lights, a complete Solar PV and storage battery system and today they installed an electric radiator in my bathroom ALL of which were done to the highest standards and I can't recommend them highly enough.

GSM Electrical have just completed a Solar PV and Battery Storage for our home. From start to finish, from planning to installation and commissioning everything went as planned and on time. From the start of the installation to the switch on everyone who worked on the project was highly professional, courteous and respectful not only of us but also of our home they worked on. The finished project is stunning, the recessed solar panels have added a beautiful finish to the roof and we can now enjoy many years of energy savings into the future.
