We had our windows find just before summer. During the winter period we felt such a big difference in the house. Tina called just checking in making sure everything was okay which I thought was very nice. She was able to answer all my questions and was such a lovely person. Still over the moon with our windows and thanks again to everyone who was involved from start to finish.

Hassle free from start to finish

Hassle free from start to finish, usual sales chat about phoning manager for a better deal but worked a price out to our budget. Communication from then on for install dates was excellent and the team that did the work were great - they gave good advice and helped us keep the original window fascia’s. I got a follow up call from Tina in the office a few months later to check all was well, a couple of handles were stiff so she arranged someone to check them out. They were adjusted and even sorted some silicone on my front door that was nothing to do with them. Can’t recommend this company highly enough.

New Front Door

Went ahead with Eco Installation for a new front door installation and what an amazing experience and difference this has made. From original visit, door option discussions, overall communications from start to finish and the very attractive price, Eco Installations have my vote. Installation was done weeks after approving the quotation, fitting was done in a few hours after arriving to install and the finished door is amazing. Quality and fitting was 5 star and we are very happy with the whole experience. Thank You Eco Installation and we Highly recommend them should you ever need work done. Thanks Again Marshall Family

I’ve had my replacement windows for a year now, and over the winter I’ve noticed a significant decrease in my utility bills. Eco Installations did an excellent job, and they have even called me recently to check that everything was o.k. So not only 5 star for installation, but also for after care.

Very happy

The guys who carried out the work were friendly and efficient ...On the Wednesday they put the panels up in dreadful weather, and the electricians got it all up and running on Friday. All good! Slight downside. I would have appreciated knowing more of what was going to happen. But it all went off well so at the end of the day I am very happy with the work.

I got new windows and 2 new doors…

I got new windows and 2 new doors installed at start of winter , what a difference over the cold months, kept house nice and cozy. My house is located on a busy road and with new window it has reduced noise level. Highly recommend Eco Installations, staff are just a phone call away and so nice and helpful to deal with.

Recently gad doors and windows installed and from start to finish the process was excellent. This might sound a bit silly but they called when they said they would and turned up when they said they would. On top of this everyone involved was great to talk to and supported us very well throughout the whole process.

I thought I will write a 2nd review since I have had my new front doors for few months already. They are solid, they survived the winter storms, rains and snow and look just as impecable as when they were installed in November 2025. When the time comes for new windows, this will be the company I will be using for it as well. You cant put the price on comfort, insulation, security and most importantly on the reduced noise levels since the front door opens onto a busy street. Eco Installations Scotland your workmanship, customer service and goods you supply were worth every penny. Thank you.

Amazing company

Amazing company. Really impressed with this company. From the quote to the finish they were professional but also very approachable. Two lovely guys installed my windows and they were also amazing to deal with. My windows are fantastic. Overall a great experience and I can't recommend this company enough. They were also a very reasonable price too. If I could give more stars I would.

Everything was done quickly and explained nicely about the schedule from the first visit to the final install. Everyone took great care of our property during install and worked around whatever we required. All employees that we dealt with were very friendly and a great help during the upheaval of having windows and doors replaced.

We are almost through our first winter…

We are almost through our first winter with the new windows and door supplied and fitted by Eco Installations. They have been superb. The house has been warmer, the windows clearer. The windows have made the house feel more airy and bright. I can clean the outside of the upstairs windows from the inside by swivelling them inward. Love it! A great company to deal with a responsible attitude and follow up service. Very pleased.

I purchased French doors and a lounge window from this company. There was no hard sell or pressure for a sale. Every person I had dealings with or spoke to on the phone was polite, considerate and very friendly. Everything was explained from start to finish and I was kept up to date throughout the whole process. The fitters, Dean and Kevin, were really nice and got on with the job, clearing up once they were finished. I'm very impressed by the quality of the window and French doors - my sunroom is now no longer called "the fridge"! I have to give a very special thank you to John Kelly, the owner of the company, who looked after me and also went above and beyond for me. He has no idea just how much his thoughtfulness and kindness has meant to me. Eco Installations has to be one of the best companies I have ever had dealings with. They are definitely the most genuine. If you are thinking about getting windows and/or doors fitted, I would totally recommend Eco Installations. I certainly would not hesitate to use them again.

I recently met with Ronnie from Eco installation about installing new patio doors, and found the experience was excellent. There was no pressure or hard sell — he took the time to explain the options, technical details, and installation process clearly. What stood out most was his honesty. It felt like he had our best interests and budget in mind, even pointing out where extra spending wasn’t necessary. I left feeling very confident in both Ronnie and the company Eco installation. I’d have no hesitation recommending this company.

Finally, a company that doesn’t use the usual high pressure sale techniques! I felt very comfortable and instantly at ease meeting Ryan today to discuss a replacement door for my flat. He was attentive and I trusted his advice, which is very helpful when having to make decisions on my own. He provided costs for a couple of window replacements, as well as the door I wanted to replace and in the end I settled on replacing both my doors for now and deal with the windows at a later date. Ryan’s relaxed and genuinely friendly style ensured that I will return to Eco Installations in the future as this experience was excellent, unlike the previous day with another company. I’m looking forward to the work being carried out.

We recently had a quote done for new windows and dealt with Ryan throughout the process. He was absolutely lovely to work with, knowledgeable, approachable, and very helpful. Ryan took the time to answer all our questions and couldn’t have been more accommodating. We are looking forward to getting our windows and doors installed. We met with Connaugh today to discuss our solar requirements and he was extremely helpful. No hard sell, no pressure at all - just spelt out the costs and the benefits. We were happy to proceed and I hope I’ll be providing another 5 star review for the installation

Myself and my partner had Eco Installers come to our house to discuss windows. We were very unsure and uneasy about this due to a very poor experience with Homeshield Scotland. We were immediately put at ease by Iain who was very warm, friendly and open to discussing all of our concerns and questions, to which we had a lot! There were no pushy sales tactics, no presentations and no take it or leave it deals. We had a perfect customer experience with Iain and immediately booked to get our windows done. We had help with all the paperwork/ Financing and we had lots of time and opportunities to make sure we were happy with our windows, the cost, the time frame for install and we were assured we will have the same to ensure we are 100% happy with the install before the job is finished. The financial options are amazing too. We couldnt speak more highly of Eco Installers care for their customers.

I recently had a consultation with Cameron regarding new windows, door and garage door, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From the moment he arrived, it was clear that this wasn’t going to be your typical "hard sell." He took the time to explain everything clearly, walking me through the technical details and the installation process. What really stood out was the integrity of both the salesman and the company. It truly felt like they wanted what was best for my home and my budget, rather than just trying to drive up the project cost. He even pointed out areas where I didn't need to spend extra money, which gave me so much confidence in their advice.

Very friendly service from Neal at Eco Installations. No pushy sales pitch, clear explanations from start to finish, so many choices for doors & windows and was very patient when I couldn't decide - there's so much choice. Very knowledgeable on all the products and really helpful. Survey is being carried out tomorrow and I can't wait for my windows and doors to be fitted.

I had Neal come round to checkout for a few new windows Arrived on time, even so late in the evening where most wouldnt. He was friendly and knowledgeable and I was able to understandthe whole process. Neal took the time to go through everything. I was comfortable with going through the options of windows etc and there were no pressure on the sales. A price was agreed, and the surveyor is coming out tomorrow to confirm that everything we have agreed can go ahead. Ben said that after the survey is completed it will take between 3 to 5 weeks for installation, which I do not think is to excessive. The windows have a very generous guarantee and even the guarantee has a guarantee. Looking forward to a new set of windows I don't think my house has seen for a long time !

We asked for a visit to discuss a full roof renovation to our 50 year old bungalow. Craig arranged an appointment with us to assess what was required. During this he advised that our best approach would be to remove all the roof tiles, felt and boards and replace with modern materials including vented ridge tiles. We received a quotation for this work which also included a new rain water system. After accepting the written quotation and the start date, the work went smoothly in spite of the very inclement weather the team encountered. We were most impressed with Craig's positive, professional approach and with his team Danny, Owen and David who all worked well. We are very happy with our new roof and would certainly recommend the Company for the services they provide.

Today I had a rep from ECO Installations call out to give me a quote for 7 windows. Cameron was extremely pleasant, professional and took time to give me the background to the company and explained in detail about the materials used and the various payment options available. On measuring up, style preferences were agreed and a price quoted which was discussed with the company’s MD who very kindly agreed to tailor it to suit my budget. I’m extremely impressed by ECO Installation’s overall customer service which gives me every confidence that I’ll be equally impressed with their workmanship when my windows are installed and at that point I will happily update my review accordingly.

Cameron came out to measure up and provide a quote for windows and doors. The process was made easy and all options were talked through and made clear to understand- even with my toddler interjecting throughout! 😂 He was polite, courteous and very knowledgeable. Looking forward to having the windows and door fitted!

My wife and I had Ben out tonight to survey for the potential install of a solar PV system with battery storage. Ben arrived bang on the pre arranged time, which is always a good start in my book. He was well mannered, friendly and knowledgeable. Ben took us through everything from how a solar PV system works, designing the system, to costings and finance options (if required). He was thorough and even showed us an overhead image of my house with the panels in position on the roof. He explained to us estimates of the potential yield from the system, and payback time Anything I asked Ben he was able to answer. We were both comfortable with Ben and there was no high pressure sales lines from him either. A price was agreed, and the surveyor is coming out tomorrow to confirm that everything we have agreed can go ahead. Ben said that after the survey is completed it will take between 3 to 5 weeks for installation, which I do not think is to excessive. The panels are covered by a 25 year guarantee and the battery and inverter a 10 year guarantee. I will try to remember and update this with my experience of the rest of the install, however, so far so good. Thank you.

Stephen came to discuss the new door instalation with me this evening, he was extremely polite , knowledgable, and made me feel reassured that what he and the company is offering is what will be delivered. We have talked about all the aspects of new doors and necesarry work, surveys and the timescale from start to completion. The entire experience was great and as I said to Stephen, based on our interaction and his professionalism I will come back when I will need some more work done.
