Gemma and Maria were wonderful at getting our paperwork set up, submitted and survey arranged. The process was very quick. They were also very responsive to technical questions. The team performing the installation were excellent and worked well with me when we did encounter a rare technical issue, which we resolved immediately. My solar and battery system is now ticking over nicely and I can't thank Gemma's team enough.

Gemma has been the most wonderful part of bringing my home into the 21st century! From our first interaction, she has shown endless patience and support while I battle through the government grants and loans system and shared her insights which have been massively helpful. Since beginning work with her team, every single member that had come to work on insulation, plaster works, do surveys, etc. has been polite, considerate and cleaned up after themselves quickly. She has been incredibly flexible as I dealt with funding delays and been the best value on top of all that. I have been in contact with so many companies since beginning my home improvement journey and not a single one has as much consistency as this one in providing an entire team that cares and treats you like a human, not a profit. I recommend this company in a heartbeat to anyone I know, companies like this are rare gems in an industry that has broken so many peoples trust. A really super, helpful and customer focused company. We contacted Heat Save Scotland to install our underfloor insulation. They arranged a visit and walked and talked us through everything in a helpful and friendly manner. They were honest and up front about everything and there was no hard sell. It genuinely felt as though we were talking to people who would respect our home. Roll forward a few days and they had arrived and installed the underfloor insulation with minimum fuss and maximum customer care. Gemma in the office was super helpful and made sure we were happy with everything and the fitters were lovely.
