Mark organised the job quickly and easily and Craig did a fantastic job. Arrived on time and on the day they said they would. Did the job to a high standard and left the place clean and tidy. Will be our first choice for electrical jobs going forward.

As a property agent, I am thoroughly impressed by Ideal Electrical and have used them for years. Prior to Ideal Electrical, I had used various companies with mixed results - I honestly wouldnt go anywhere else now! Ideal Electrical are extremely helpful, reliable and thorough with every job. EV Charger install

Had an EV charger installed at an apartment, so a bit more complex than normal, scheduling surveys and the install was seamless and they were prompt and patient with a lot of questions from an EV novice. Brandon and Kyle who completed the install were great and tidy. Would definitely recommend.

Dawid and his colleague (so sorry, can't remember name) did a fantastic job. Fixed three separate electrical issues and cleaned up without any prompting at all. They were professional, friendly and efficient and I'd highly recommend.

We needed help with some of our kitchen appliances since something was tripping. Dawid was very thorough and helped us discover a water leak next to the dishwasher plug was causing the issue. He stayed for long enough to make sure everything was fixed and to take notes of further minor issues. Thanks Dawid — we really recommend you!

We contacted Ideal Electrical Solutions (UK) Ltd in late July to quote for installing batteries to complement our solar panels (installed 2011) and to help our heating costs having replaced an old gas boiler with electric radiators/hot water unit. We needed the ability to store electricity at a cheap overnight tariff to power our daytime heating in the colder months - and we needed to avoid disqualifying ourselves from feed in tariff (FiT) payments which still have over 10 years to run. Mark responded quickly to my query, visited the property and recommended suitable batteries. He answered all queries promptly and intelligently, the quote was competitive, and he and his team scheduled the installation to fit in with our own availability, agreeing with us the location of cabling and batteries and gaining the necessary permissions from the energy network provider. Work was carried out as on time, neatly and professionally and with a minimum of fuss. Now the colder weather is here we are delighted to have the benefit of the batteries - they charge overnight at cheap rate and power our heating during the day when it would otherwise be much more expensive. Very happy to have chosen IES as our installers and can sincerely recommend them on all counts.

I've used IES on a number of projects. It is my preference to have the reassurance of the accountability of a business and I am inclined to support those locally. All the work I have had carried out by IES has been very professional. On this most recent project, and despite extremely cold outdoor working conditions, Craig did an excellent job and took no shortcuts in rectifying a previous installation carried out some years ago by less meticulous technicians from another business. Highly recommended. Indeed, I have already booked IES to carry out another installation.

Electricity to Cabin

All the electricity installation work for the cabin was done professionally by Denim and Kyle! Now waiting for the Minor Works Certificate, would recommend to everyone and I will definitely use IES again! It was easy to work with IES, unlike other tradepeople or companies I have used. Bascially, you first book an appointment with Chris is was very helpful and decides what works have to be done, pay the deposit and they get the work done!!

Excellent work by Paul and his team

Excellent work by Paul and his team. Installing a new fuse board and a new circuit for an electric cooker, the job wasn't straight forward due to the location of the fuse board but the guys dealt with it brilliantly. Polite, pleasant, tidied up after themselves immaculately. Good price.

Top Class Electricians

Since moving back into the area we needed to find and electrician to do a host of jobs. Our house was built in the 1930’s and needed a lot of work done to bring it up to standard. We searched online and Ideal Electrical Solutions came up with great reviews online. I also asked around local Facebook groups and Ideal Electrical were being recommended by a lot of different people. We got in contact and got someone out to quote as there was a lot of work needing done. Mark came out and was a nice genuine person giving us advice on things and what would work better. We needed a lot of rewiring done due to age of the house, new plug sockets in every room, outdoor sockets, outdoor lights, this list was endless. Got an amazing quote so we went ahead and it was best decision we could have made. All work carried out efficiently to a very high standard. We won’t use any other electrician from now on. We are now looking at getting the battery storage installation done after speaking to the team and finding out about how much money we can save in the coming years. I cannot recommend this company high enough.

Genuinely the best guys out there

Genuinely the best guys out there. Their attention to detail and care of the job they are doing is second to none. It is really appreciated as a lot of electrical works are highly detail orientated and a lot of things need to be thought about. IES do a great job at ensuring all bases are covered and that the customer really digests information to fully understand what is happening and where and what the finished product and outcome will look like. They then deliver on their proposed plan every time and the outcome meets the expectation. Cannot ask for more! Thank you guys!!

Great Service from a Local company

Not storage Heaters and expensive

The workmen engineer was fine but the 3 heaters are not like storage heaters, have to be kept on to give very average heat at extreme cost. Wish I'd gone elsewhere. Asked for a visit to show us the complicated instructions but told not their problem- disappointed.
