Fusion Electrics was recommended to us by friends when we decided to have solar panels, batteries and an EV charger installed. Jack, the renewables manager, impressed us from the start with his excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Jack led his hard-working team very competently throughout the installation and has been available to offer help and advice since completion. First class workmanship and service, thanks!

Very happy with the work undertaken to move my existing PV system and combine with a new Fusion one on our garage roof. Professional, excellent communications, high standard of workmanship and I was particularly impressed that Fusion were able to utilise my existing Inverter and added to my batteries.

Had 2 EV chargers installed in our office car park. Competitive price, neat work , completed on time. Would recommend.

Very poor service, booked to fit a home EV charger, came out to the property to conduct a pre fitting survey and agreed a date to fit. When the came to fit they could do it as it's a 2 person job! This wasn't mentioned in the per survey. Call centre not very helpful keep been fob off and promised someone will call back. My advice is to avoid fusion.

Absolutely superb service from this company. Literally nothing to fault. Always have been on hand and available when needed and the quality of advice and workmanship exemplary. It was Jack who looked after our installation and he couldn’t have done better. We will only use these people.

EV CHARGING POUNT INSTALLATION

New ev charging point installed by fusion electric. Gareth, who actually did the installation was both friendly and very professional. He kept me informed of when he would be arriving and then worked quickly and efficiently to complete the installation. Afterwards he went through the associated app to explain the ins and outs. One very satisfied customer.
