George and his team have done a fantastic job of installing my solar panels and battery system. The have been totally professional and customised the system for my requirements and budget. I can confidently recommend them.

Where to start? A company who knows their business and delivers what they promise on time. Their customer service is above any other company we have used for home improvements. Their team delivered what was quoted above expectation and the end result was far better than I expected. George knows his business and his team were all efficient, friendly and worked hard throughout the whole install. I would recommend this company to anyone who is thinking of solar panels.

From the moment I met George, I knew I wanted to choose Creative Low Carbon, he really knew his stuff and was able to demonstrate how it would operate and was swift in sending a proposal. I did continue to get other quotes as I just wanted to make sure it was around the right figure, George’s was the lowest of reputable companies. The whole installation was done in just one day and is saving me money from day one. I am really pleased with the whole process. One of my best decisions! 😃 I had my solar panels and battery installed in mid June and they've been fantastic! I wanted to wait until everything was sorted and now only about 5 weeks later I can see my electric account with my supplier all set up with the power being exported into the grid added. So it's time for my review 😊. I've got to give George and his team at Creative Low Carbon 5 stars! Once I'd made my decision it was quite soon the scaffolding started going up and only a few days later I was looking at my very neat 12 new solar panels 😊. George was very helpful, patient and kind, and answered all the multiple questions I had about the possible system. The quotes for the two options I was considering were really useful and informative. I went with an 8 kW battery and easily found space for it in my garage. I must admit I'm impressed with how neat and tidy all the electrics are in the garage – thumbs up to the electrician 🙂 - and the wiring coming down from the panels is excellently hidden away inside trunking down the wall so you would never know it's there. I did quite a bit of reading when I was deciding which supplier to choose – it’s a good way to learn about solar systems. One thing I liked about Creative is that they don't use the new microinverters which sit underneath each panel so if they go wrong you need to go up to the roof to get at them. Nice to know my inverter is next to my battery at ground level 🙂. The phone App which connects to the battery is absolutely excellent and gives you all the info you want on how your system is doing, especially when it shows you how much energy you are exporting into the grid 👍– I check it every day! The best thing is knowing that I've got some protection now against the inevitable increase in electricity costs that we will all be subject to and you won't hear me bemoaning any future heat waves – I will just enjoy consuming my own solar power, watch the kW’s being exported and get myself another electric cooling fan! 😂

George, Luke and the whole Team are incredibly Friendly, George was great at explaining all the different options and helping us find the best deal for our budget, The install Team were awesome even in the wind and Rain. would highly recommend them.

I had a new storage battery fitted by…

I had a new storage battery fitted by Creative Low Carbon and the whole experience from start to finish has been brilliant. From the first call to then George and his colleague Luke visiting my property to assess what was required for my solar panels and property was a delight. They are honest and super helpful. They weren't phased by my lack of comprehension and explained everything so that now I do understand it all. The aftercare has also been amazing with them checking in to see that I'm using my battery app to its best efficiency. I would definitely recommend them.

Top Of Their Game

If you are looking to make an investment it can be a long process to separate the wheat from the chaff. On this occasion I am glad I took the time to research solar/battery installers rather than do my usual, which would be to make rapid decisions just to get things done quickly. After comparing a total of 7 different installers/suppliers I decided to go with the company that were listening to what I wanted to achieve. George (creative Low Carbon) is one of the most professional, knowledgeable people you could hope to deal with. I asked for a system that was value for money. Now that the system has been up and running for a while I know that is exactly what I have. I didn't feel that I was in a position to write a review until my solar and battery combination had been up and running for a while. The system that George designed and installed is so much more efficient than I thought was possible. I would like to say a big thank you to George and his team. The product and service that you provide is second to none. You deserve to do well!
