I purchased French doors and a lounge window from this company. There was no hard sell or pressure for a sale. Every person I had dealings with or spoke to on the phone was polite, considerate and very friendly. Everything was explained from start to finish and I was kept up to date throughout the whole process. The fitters, Dean and Kevin, were really nice and got on with the job, clearing up once they were finished. I'm very impressed by the quality of the window and French doors - my sunroom is now no longer called "the fridge"! I have to give a very special thank you to John Kelly, the owner of the company, who looked after me and also went above and beyond for me. He has no idea just how much his thoughtfulness and kindness has meant to me. Eco Installations has to be one of the best companies I have ever had dealings with. They are definitely the most genuine. If you are thinking about getting windows and/or doors fitted, I would totally recommend Eco Installations. I certainly would not hesitate to use them again.

I recently met with Ronnie from Eco installation about installing new patio doors, and found the experience was excellent. There was no pressure or hard sell — he took the time to explain the options, technical details, and installation process clearly. What stood out most was his honesty. It felt like he had our best interests and budget in mind, even pointing out where extra spending wasn’t necessary. I left feeling very confident in both Ronnie and the company Eco installation. Finally, a company that doesn’t use the usual high pressure sale techniques! I felt very comfortable and instantly at ease meeting Ryan today to discuss a replacement door for my flat. He was attentive and I trusted his advice, which is very helpful when having to make decisions on my own. He provided costs for a couple of window replacements, as well as the door I wanted to replace and in the end I settled on replacing both my doors for now and deal with the windows at a later date. Ryan’s relaxed and genuinely friendly style ensured that I will return to Eco Installations in the future as this experience was excellent, unlike the previous day with another company. I’m looking forward to the work being carried out.

Myself and my partner had Eco Installers come to our house to discuss windows. We were very unsure and uneasy about this due to a very poor experience with Homeshield Scotland. We were immediately put at ease by Iain who was very warm, friendly and open to discussing all of our concerns and questions, to which we had a lot! There were no pushy sales tactics, no presentations and no take it or leave it deals. We had a perfect customer experience with Iain and immediately booked to get our windows done. We had help with all the paperwork/ Financing and we had lots of time and opportunities to make sure we were happy with our windows, the cost, the time frame for install and we were assured we will have the same to ensure we are 100% happy with the install before the job is finished. The financial options are amazing too. We couldnt speak more highly of Eco Installers care for their customers.

I recently had a consultation with Cameron regarding new windows, door and garage door, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From the moment he arrived, it was clear that this wasn’t going to be your typical "hard sell." He took the time to explain everything clearly, walking me through the technical details and the installation process. What really stood out was the integrity of both the salesman and the company. It truly felt like they wanted what was best for my home and my budget, rather than just trying to drive up the project cost. He even pointed out areas where I didn't need to spend extra money, which gave me so much confidence in their advice.

We had our windows find just before summer. During the winter period we felt such a big difference in the house. Tina called just checking in making sure everything was okay which I thought was very nice. She was able to answer all my questions and was such a lovely person. Still over the moon with our windows and thanks again to everyone who was involved from start to finish.

Hassle free from start to finish

Hassle free from start to finish, usual sales chat about phoning manager for a better deal but worked a price out to our budget. Communication from then on for install dates was excellent and the team that did the work were great - they gave good advice and helped us keep the original window fascia’s. I got a follow up call from Tina in the office a few months later to check all was well, a couple of handles were stiff so she arranged someone to check them out. They were adjusted and even sorted some silicone on my front door that was nothing to do with them. Can’t recommend this company highly enough.

New Front Door

Went ahead with Eco Installation for a new front door installation and what an amazing experience and difference this has made. From original visit, door option discussions, overall communications from start to finish and the very attractive price, Eco Installations have my vote. Installation was done weeks after approving the quotation, fitting was done in a few hours after arriving to install and the finished door is amazing. Quality and fitting was 5 star and we are very happy with the whole experience. Thank You Eco Installation and we Highly recommend them should you ever need work done. Thanks Again Marshall Family
