Green Home Energy Solutions had looked after my old solar thermal system well for 10 years so when I decided to replace this with a new PV system and battery in addition to my pre-existing FiT system I went to them. I have been delighted with all aspects of the process from the initial options and pricing to the final working system. In particular I have been particularly pleased with the prompt after installation service to ensure that the new system is properly integrated with the old one and functioning properly. We used Green Home 13 years ago to install our first solar system. They have always been available, helpful, and informative. The fact they are still around filled me with confidence to trust them with our latest install of additional solar and battery. This install was quick, extremely tidy and most importantly works! Luke who designed the system was very knowledgeable and accommodating of my many enquiries. The aftercare has been exemplary - helping me fine tune the system to suit my needs.

These folks need greater recognition on Google reviews! The service, installation and support after install have been literally perfect. I couldn't have asked for nicer, more efficient people to deal with and the systems we have had installed are all working wonderfully. I needed some support after installation and Luke has been a great help providing advice and assistance in a timely fashion and the aforementioned efficiency. If you're looking for Solar and Tesla Battery installer, these are most definitely the people to turn to from my experience. I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

Had a small repair to my system that other companies didn’t want to know about. Green home Energy were brilliant though - fast, efficient and friendly.

What can I say about these guys? From start to finish they've been brilliant! The initial discussions with Debbie in the office, answering all my queries and being able to use google maps to provide me with an indication of what we could have, through to the site visit by Kerry where we looked at the logistics and our requirements. Throughout, they have advised on the most cost effect solution for our needs and on the day of installation, the guys worked around our needs and made sure everything was kept clean and tidy. Finally, having checked through the installation, the guys provided me with all the manuals and talked me through how to monitor the system and how to isolate it when having any other work done around the house. highly recommend.

Great Company

We decided to get battery storage for our renovated bungalow which we had insulated. We installed an electric boiler, Everhot electric Aga and wanted to manage to ongoing costs. Luke visited listened to our needs and gave us great advice. As the house renovation progressed, Luke kept in touch, we had a Tesla Powerwall 3 installed. The insulation team were excellent, on time, discussed installation options, the guys were creative around a couple of challenges and did exactly what we agreed. My property was left clean tidy. I have had a couple of questions following install and the team have supported me all the way. We are now planning on a PV install with this company.

Tesla Powerwall Battery

We had a tesla powerwall battery fitted. The teem were very helpful from the time they first came out to give estimate to the time they fitted battery. With our experience i would recommend.

Mixed experience

Mixed review We received a grant from the Welsh government to upgrade our heating system. Initially the company were present and helpful. However, the contractors who came to install the heating system, flooded my daughters room and didn't tell me, I didn't find the mess until much later in the day when some stuff was already ruined. They left a huge amount of mess outside the house (plastic wrappers, loads of rubble, bottles of coke and plastic food wrappers) which they did not clear up and was strewn around our garden. I had to call the company and hassle them to come and get all the mess, which was not easy and we cleared up a lot of it. They also made a hole in our ceiling, and took some tiles off our bathroom which they assured me someone would repair (which has not happened). They are quite difficult to get hold of, however when you do they are helpful and have sorted now all of the issues. This took time, but fair play- they came and gave their time, fixed the hole and sorted the solar system. I changed this review from 1-3 star because they responded to my queries.

Lead-in times on some things will be quite long because they are in such demand, especially since April 2022 when electricity prices rocketed and demand ballooned but I'd repeat a very apt saying, "Good things come to those who wait."
