All Solar Works installed our solar panels back in February and we couldn’t be more delighted with the experience. From the initial survey through to installation and aftercare, the team demonstrated exceptional professionalism, deep expertise and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. Jesse carried out a thorough survey and was outstanding throughout. He explained every aspect clearly, addressed all of our questions and presented multiple system layout options to help us visualise the setup. His transparency around costs and expected savings was greatly appreciated. There was absolutely no pressure—just honest, knowledgeable guidance. On the administrative side, Sammy handled everything seamlessly. She managed the paperwork, including the G99 application and coordination with UK Power Networks, with complete efficiency. We were kept updated at every stage, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Before installation began, Dan (the operations manager) completed a final site visit to walk us through the plan, confirm the team and explain the timeline. He also ensured scaffolding was arranged in advance, allowing the project to start without a hitch. The installation itself took four days, during which Dan, Chris and Kai delivered work of the highest standard. Their attention to detail was exceptional; the installation neat and truly meticulous. They maintained an excellent level of cleanliness, tidying up at the end of each day and routinely explained what they were doing so we felt fully informed. They consulted us on the placement of cabling and conduits and were consistently respectful of our home—even removing their shoes before going upstairs. By the end of day four, the system was fully commissioned and operational. A week later, Dan and Chris returned as part of their aftercare service to ensure everything was performing perfectly. Shortly after, Jesse provided all the necessary documentation, including the MCS certificate. When we experienced a minor issue with the app in July, Dan arrived the very next day to resolve it—an impressive level of responsiveness. More recently, Jesse contacted us for permission to take photos and videos for their social media and kindly invited us to their showroom launch event. From beginning to end, the service from All Solar Works was exemplary. Every member of the team was friendly, approachable, highly knowledgeable, and committed to delivering the best possible outcome. We are thrilled with both the installation and the ongoing support, and we feel completely confident that we made the right choice. Excellent service from All Solar Works! After contacting several companies over the course of the summer I choose All Solar Works to install 18 solar panels, Sigenergy inverter and 10kw battery at my home. The price was good and Jesse seemed very knowledgeable and professional on his initial visit. From then on my contact with Sammy and Dan was great in organising the paperwork and install, they have both been incredibly helpful. On the day of installation i couldn't have asked for a better bunch to install the system. Chris, Paris, Kai and Finn were brilliant. Incredibly efficient and friendly, they got the job done despite the dreadful November weather. They are welcome back for a bacon buttie anytime. I am still waiting for the after care on the App to get the best from my solar, but that is purely down to my limited availability and a date is in the diary. I would recommend All Solar Works to anyone considering installing solar in this area.

We are very happy with the solar panels and battery system that All Solar Works installed for us. They were patient when in the quoting stages and with follow up questions and there was very little pressure unlike other firms that I also contacted. They also have a physical store now where you can meet the team and see the products. Our 9 panels are all black, low profile and looks great/ discreet. The brains and battery were mounted on a part of the garage wall so didn't take up space. After care also great. I strongly recommend them!

We recently had the team install our panels. I cannot recommend them enough. They were all efficient, polite and tidy. They carried out the work efficiently and quickly. They left everything in a very tidy state and were a pleasure to have around. Jesse, Dan and Sammy are also great. You can always get hold of them and give you detailed information about install and post install information.

Excellent company with which to deal . From the initial meeting with Jesse as Sales through to the after install service with Dan, everyone was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The equipment is well made, the performance is great and hopefully should last a long time. Both equipment and installation is 10year warranted, backed by an Insurance in the unlikely event All Solar disappears. The many guys on site for installation all seemed motivated and tidy. At the end of the install, one went round with a brush and dustpan to make dure the site was as clean as when they started. The cost seems to be very reasonable and from day one, I can see the benefit in my electricity usage. If you are considering solar panels and batteries, you should speak to these people. One final point, regarding the scaffolding company us that they arrived to time, were effective about putting up the scaffold and ewhen taking if back down, replaced a couple of tiles they found to be broken, when they could have just gone away and left (me) to find the breakages. All Solar use this firm because they work well together.
