We used ekinect for our recent solar panel installation at our residential home. We had a great experience - clear communication, worked quickly when we needed something urgently prioritised, helped understand things in layman's terms and great aftercare. Would definitely recommend.

I had my solar panel and the battery installed by Ekinect energy. I would highly recommend working with them. Sam who runs it is great, he provides you with all the information, options, advice etc. Installing solar panels is a complex task but Sam puts it all out there for you to understand. He is responsive over calls and emails. Best part is he handles it all the way from the quote to final completion of task, you don't see many people in the mix which tends to happen in operating with bigger energy companies. I would strongly recommend working with Ekinect and Sam.

Great a fast service. Peter the engineer turned up to investigate why my SPV system had stop producing power all of a sudden. He was very honest and clear about what he was doing and went out of his way to track down the problem, which turned out to be a damaged wire that was incorrectly repaired by my building contractor a the time. This took about an hour and explained what would need to be done and that he could get the office to quote for the work, if not i could always contact them for advice.

I was very happy with the service and quality provided by Sam at Ekinect who carried out a recent solar panel installation at a property I manage! Having rang around many companies Sam responded promptly to my messages/questions and asked me lots of relevant questions since we were having to replace a system already in situ. I found him to be incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. He took the time to explain every step of the process, making sure I understood the benefits and the technical details. The installation hit a bit of a bump on the way but this was immediately resolved and the installation was completed as scheduled. Large solar install and 2 home batteries

My knowledge of solar installations and batteries was virtually zero. Sam explained everything to me very patiently. He was clear, concise and visited site before anything was installed. He also sent a team of roof specialists at least twice, while we had a large scaffold erected. The install was stress-free and smooth. Batteries up and running in garage, with a phone app explained and a supplier tariff recommended based on our needs and consumption. We export to the grid when we are creating surplus energy (amazing!) All in all a superb service from start to finish. Reasonably priced and a lovely bloke too. Would certainly recommend to anyone. Ekinect saved me!!!

Ekinect saved me! I had been speaking to Sam for months who patiently helped me to understand the benefits of different products and what would be best for my home, but I didn't work with him initially because I wanted to work with a larger, more established solar provider. After signing up with the large firm and then being let down by them months later, I reached out to Sam again and my panels and battery were installed within less than a month. Sam and his team were fantastic, explaining everything every step of the way! My only regret is that I didn't sign up with him in the first place. I have already recommended Ekinect to my family and friends.
