I had my solar panels and battery installed by Greenscape Energy on the 31st October 2025. They were very good communicating with me, excellent explaining and responding my queries. The work they carried out was excellent, looks very tidy and they cleaned afterwards. I am very happy with the system, the software is easy to use, without complicated terms, and I have encountered no problems yet. After two full months after installation, in the winter, I am averaging a 40% self sufficiency. Very pleased.

We chose Greenscape to install a solar panel and battery system after extensive research of competitor installers. Greenscape had competitive prices, system specifications, and very good warranties. They also did not try to hard sell us like other companies did. They provided a personal experience and sent a surveyor over to our house before providing a quote, as well as providing the only fully itemised quote we received from any company. After signing with them, the installation process was smooth and easy. Our system worked immediately except for the heating function in our battery, which had to be enabled later and took more than a month of phone calls to resolve. The phone support is very good, it's easy to reach them on the phone and they are very helpful and positive, but then actually getting problems resolved takes longer than expected. However, we now have a fully working system that we are happy with for a price we were happy with. Overall, I recommend researching lots of companies and taking your time before choosing a solar installer, but I would personally recommend Greenscape and would choose them again.

After careful consideration of various solar contractors, I decided to place my trust and money in Greenscape Energy. I’m a great fan of shopping local, and my decision was vindicated by the excellent service they provided from the survey to installation. Work was carried out to a good standard and to the timeframe provided. The installation team were tidy and respectful of our property. Any minor follow-ups were very swiftly dealt with, and I honestly cannot think of another company that can be more responsive than this! Just completed my solar and battery installation by Greenscape and so far so good. Pre installation team very helpful with product information and survey. Installation guys very professional and respectful of property. And again happy to answer my many questions. Also patient when helping to set up app on phone showing how your system is working etc. Going forward if the after care (if needed) is as good I will be very happy with Greenscapeenergy Ltd. Before deciding to use them I spoke to other people in my village who used them and 5 years after their installation they have had no problems and are also happy customers. Think I'm gonna love solar power. I can already see the savings and its October - sun and daylight generating power!

We have been extremely pleased with the solar panels with battery provided by Greenscape Energy - we have been self-sufficient in electricity and hot water for 6 months! We subsequently asked for 2 more panels after finding that the survey had only measured space for 10. An extra 2 panels were fitted a few weeks later with agreement on price after friendly discussion. Staff were brilliant. Apart from survey glitch, the only criticism would be that lots of small plastic pieces were found in the garden after installation - there should be a system for collecting these on the roof during installation. Overall though, fantastic, friendly service - a pleasure to deal with.

We had solar panels and batteries installed in 2013 following recommendations from Cambridge Solar Together. We were approached in 2025 to ascertain whether we would consider having air conditioning installed. We decided to have a unit for our bedroom. This was installed quickly and we have been very satisfied with the system as we have also been able to use if to heat the room quickly during the very cold weather.

First rate - very helpful and expert

Very helpful, expert and efficient. They won a contract from Central Bedfordshire Council to support domestic PV installations at a competitive price so I used them to expand an existing Solar PV system including adding battery storage, to install domestic air-conditioning and soon to double the battery system (having added the A/C and also having an EV car). Their after sales support has been excellent at all time

We have had a solar system and batteries fitted by Greenscape a few years ago. We were intrigued by one of their online videos about air con units being used for heating as well as cooling. So we arranged for a visit where all our queries were answered. How the installation would be done was very thoroughly. Before the installation of thr aircon units we needed to have a couple of visits for electrical cable to be installed. All very efficient and really neat. The contractors who did the installation were great. Greenscape had arranged for it to be done in one day instead of the planned two. Absolutely no mess left and everything thoroughly checked. Their payment portal is rather efficient too. Just waiting for some information about warranty registration and service plan now but really really pleased.

Very positive experience

I was a week away from having solar installed by soley when they went under, so I had to start all over again & go quotes from lots of different companies. Greenscape stood out a mile. Andy was my first point of contact who came to survey the house & was by far the most knowledgeable & honest out of the lot (many said things about other companies that I know were not true. Andy was the only one who told me honestly about other companies) It was his knowledge base that made me go for Greenscape. After that the process was very quick and communications from Rebecca via email were always responded to quickly. The install team were all respectful of the house, and honest. They informed 3/4 tiles had been broken & were replaced within 2 weeks. The electrician made an error in drilling as we have a slopped bedroom, and he filled in and made good and was very apologetic. Our solar & sig battery are now up and running an just waiting for final form to get on smart tariffs & scaffolding to come down, but after recent bad experiences with many companies Greenscape have been a breath of fresh air.

4 years 3 months ths in still…

4 years 3 months ths in still constantly loosing pressure down to 0, consistently ignoring my phonecalls and emails. Emergency line left 4 voicemails! No hot water now! Heated to 9c! Do not let these cowboys near your house to fit a heat pump! Hose heating on all night when it's meant to be off! But they keep saying it's fine!! We have a very different term for fine. It's definitely inadequate! Also they have blocked me from Thier Facebook page! Very pathetic. They could just spend some time figuring out what is wrong with the system so I stop complaining about it not working!! But that's too difficult, haven't managed it for 5 winters now. Enough it enough. I'll take this further as it's clearly necessary and they don't care enough to fix it! Edit: I have sent multiple emails which have not been answered, your communication is still below expectations!
