We are beyond happy with the service we have received from Love Solar. From the original contact and getting to know our needs and budget, to installation and connection it has been a good journey. All the personnel we dealt with were fantastic, especially Tom who did the final connection and clearly explained how to use the app. Whenever he was unsure about how we wanted the infrastructure he would check to make sure we knew the pros and cons of each option. After having moved house locally, we were looking into a profitable PV system again. Love Solar installed the one on the previous property and we never had an issue with it, no maintenance needed, plain sailing so to speak. So it was a no-brainer to go with the same company again, especially as they are a very pleasant bunch to work with. What has changed are waiting times, I think mainly due to new governmental regulations which cause more administrative efforts, but Love Solar have tried their very best to limit the waiting. I highly recommend this Cumbrian company.

From initial contact through to completion of the installation it has been a very straightforward and painless process. The office took care of all the relevant paperwork and also sorted out the scaffolding on my behalf. Very pleased with the quality of installation and the team installing and commissioning were very pleasant indeed. Just need some sun now....
