I recently had Lincoln Electrical install a full Solar PV system along with battery storage at my home, and I genuinely can’t recommend them highly enough. From the very beginning, the whole process was smooth, professional and clearly explained. Communication was excellent throughout, and I always felt well-informed and confident in the work being carried out. The installation took place on the agreed date and was completed within the day. The team turned up on time, worked efficiently, and left everything tidy and well-finished. The attention to detail in the way everything was installed was spot on – it’s clear they take real pride in their work. What stood out just as much as the install itself was the follow-up. The Electrical Installation Certificate, the MCS certificate and all the supporting paperwork were sent over the very next day. That made registering for my export tariff completely straightforward and stress-free, which is a huge help when trying to get things sorted quickly with your energy provider. Everyone I spoke to, whether it was over the phone or in person, was friendly, helpful and approachable. Nothing felt rushed or glossed over, and I had full confidence in the team throughout. It’s rare to find a company that combines quality workmanship with such good customer service. I have had a problem with my GivEnergy Inverter which has been offline since the 23 December. I rang Lincoln Electrical this morning and they were really helpful and it was so nice to speak to a real person. I was told that someone could come out this afternoon to fix the problem. Aaron arrived as promised and he was so polite and helpful and very knowledgeable and fixed the problem immediately. He kindly showed me some settings which would help with my generation which I didn't even know existed. It has been a pleasure to deal with this company and I can genuinely recommend them and I will have no hesitation to use them again. If you need anything with regard to Solar please use a local company and not one of the big organisations.

We had an electrical emergency, Jamie came out within the hour and discovered that it was a fault that needed to be fixed by the national grid, Jamie stayed with my wife and made sure that national grid were on there way before he left, he made sure my family was safe regardless of the fact he could do nothing, he went above and beyond to a) ensure that my family was safe from any electrical fire and b) ensure that the issue was going to be fixed almost immediately. This is the third time I have used Jamie and the team for electrical work and I can honestly say I would never go anywhere else, I always recommend to friends, family etc. thank you Jamie for taking care of us once again!!!

Just an update on the guys from Lincoln Electrical. Since the initial Aircon we have since had the Solar with Battery storage installed and now have 3 aircon’s fitted and just had a Car Charger installed that works in conjunction with the Solar. The lads always doing a clean tidy and efficient job which is why we continue to deal with them and have more possible work planned too! Thank you 😎 I know of Lincoln Electrical through the trade I am in and so approached them to have an Air Conditioner installed in my main Kitchen, Dining, Living room. I was really impressed with not only the Unit installed but the quality and dedication to doing an excellent clean job. We were so impressed a week or so later we had them install another Air Conditioner in our bedroom which is a god send on a hot evening and once again the lads delivered on quality of service and price. While they were here we discussed the options on a Solar PV system and they put together a favourable quote for a 10 panel 9.5kw Hybrid Battery storage system. We were very happy with the quote so we gave the go ahead and so 2 weeks later they started and in just 2 Days completed the installation and did not fail to convince me I had selected the right team for the right job. The equipment and installation first rate and again, extremely happy with the quality of work and product installed. I will stand by all I have said and therefore will highly recommend Lincoln Electrical to do any of your work, whether you are having done what we have had, but not forgetting they also install EV Chargers and undertake other Electrical Work / Projects too! Hired Michal to supply & fit exterior security lights as he had recently provided an extensive & first rate job for our daughter. Ours too was an absolutely excellent job from Michal & Emila; the lighting is positioned perfectly for our needs despite the awkward space available. Also during the final electrical check Michal discovered a serious issue on equipment owed by National grid. He immediately arranged an emergency call out for us, they arrived within 30 minutes & were here changing their equipment the whole afternoon. I really can't recommend this company highly enough.

Great service from Lincoln Electricals

Great service from Lincoln Electricals. My fuse box was obsolete and there were some obvious electrical deficiencies in the house so they sent an electrician round to do a survey, a written quote was provided and I got booked in for the work very quickly. Extensive work was required but they got it all done in a day, tidied up afterwards and safety certificate issued. Highly recommended and will use again.

A great experience from Lincoln Electric Ltd

Had Lincoln Electric quote, and install solar panels and battery storage to our property. The whole team were very professional right from my first enquiry. The quotation was very competitive and my requests for the system specified was met. The instalation team arrived on site and on time, the complete instalation took one and a half days and power from the panels worked immediately. We did have a few small issues which were related to our energy suppliers but Jamie was soon all over it to get things working in harmony. A big big thank you to Jamie and his whole team for for a positive experience and I would recommend them 100%.

An outstanding company

It has been a pleasure dealing with the whole team at Lincoln Electrical Ltd. They provide a fast and efficient service. After 6 months of dealing with another installer Lincoln Electrical quickly changed my DC coupled battery system to an AC coupled system to enable me to claim the FIT while still being able to charge my batteries from the grid. I was particularly impressed with the team as they completed training with my hybrid manufacturer to enable them to take over the management of my whole system. Customer service of the highest standard. As the team already know I will definitely be using them again.

Good on site service, disappointing follow up

I booked an EICR and the electrician who attended was genuinely lovely and professional. After the visit, I waited over a week to hear back and had to chase for an update. I called several times with no answer and left a message that wasn’t returned. I eventually managed to speak to the electrician directly to ask for feedback and a quote for the recommended work. Shortly after, I received a rather abrupt email from office staff chasing the invoice, which I paid immediately. Unfortunately, I’ve still not received the inspection paperwork or the promised quote for further work. Overall, while the electrician himself was great, the follow-up and communication from the office were poor, and for that reason I wouldn’t recommend the service.

Charlie from Lincoln Electrical arrived…

Charlie from Lincoln Electrical arrived yesterday to fit a cooker fan in the kitchen. Charlie was extremely polite and very knowledgable at what he was doing. Charlie was joined later buy another electrician called Adrian, again extremely polite. The job was carried out professionally and clean. I can not fault the lads and would highly recommend. First Class!
