Great work from start to finish by GSM Electrical! 5🌟 From the first online enquiry, spoke to Marie who was very helpful in discussing our options and booking us in very quickly! We had an EICR carried out, new consumer unit fitted, 3 new additional sockets fitted throughout the property and all new faceplates changed. Special thanks to Callum for his hard work! Top man! Also, thanks to Evie & Emilia for sending payment receipts and certificate on completion😊 Highly recommended and I will definitely be using GSM again! Cheers!!!

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone at GSM Electrical for a great job at fitting our new consumer unit. From initial enquiry, (extremely helpful with a time to suit us), booking in a date for a visit from director Reece. He was very professional and friendly, providing all information and a detailed quote. Then great work from the electrician, who was also very professional and friendly. Fitting all parts in a very neat and tidy manner, then carrying out all the testing. Would highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had two lights fitted. Spoke to a lovely lady on the phone to confirm appointment. Found them to be very flexible with time and day to suit. Two young men came very polite courteous and prompt. Lights fitted in a timely manor, property respected and all tidy when finished. Even disposed of empty boxes lights i supplied were in. Fantastic job done I am delighted. Will definitely use again when needed. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience with GSM Electrical today. They were able to offer me a cancelled slot which I accepted gratefully. Nice to get a job done in advance. Kieran turned up on time did the job with the greatest courtesy and consideration. Neat and tidy and took his shoes off! The lady I dealt with on the phone was kind with a friendly attitude.

GSM team was superb to deal with. Lauren, Greg and Rory, who I had the pleasure to speak to, delivered great customer service. The installation of solar panels + battery went smoothly and completed within the timeframe agreed. I'll definitely contact them again for future requirements.

GSM have a new customer after the excellent prompt service I received yesterday.They were recommended with good reason by my property agency..I had endured 8 days of the relentless high pitched shrill bleep of new interconnected smoke alarms with dying batteries and had annoyed an entire block.The superb Marie in Reception despatched Electrician Malcolm and enthusiastic apprentice Stephen.Within an hour they had replaced a smoke alarm and put new batteries in the other two.They were professional, expert, kind, sympathetic, and concerned.It’s not yet Chrismas but we wanted a silent night!
