When I decided to get solar, I done a lot of research on the subject. I tried several online companies as well as local and soon had a good idea of what I should be paying. I found the online companies a little too pushy and keen to undercut and get a sale. Then came along Liam from Springwell Electrical. Liam spent a good 2 hours with me at my property discussing my requirements, answering my questions and confirming valid points I’d researched myself. I found Liam to be polite, courteous and very genuine person to do business with. At this point my mind was made up even without receiving my quote. He gave me a quotation within my expectations and the installation was booked immediately. The installation turned out as I expected and I’m so glad I chose Springwell Electrical. You have found the perfect people to do your solar!!!!!!! Chloe and Liam are fantastic very polite, very friendly, very professional generally just very nice people! If you need solar and battery or any other electrical work then do not bother and do not waste your precious time going anywhere else!!!!!!! Believe me I have lived through it!!!! Please read,,, I spent 2 months doing research into solar and battery installation, after contacting 12 companys including octopus, edf and boxt, I received remote proposals from all 12 with fast response with a very big range in prices. Out of the 12 I discarded 8 straight away as there proposal price was way over my budget and also not local enough for me. Of the remaining 4 they all came out for a home visit proposal, 2 of them lasted 10 mins in my home before I told them politely to leave, very pushy sales people saying they use much more high end product to anyone else (obviously lies because I did my research and out of the 12 they all use pretty much the same products as everyone else) So 2 left to consider which were both local companies (Newcastle) both very competitive prices about £100 difference between them, I decided to cool of a few days and told them I'll be in touch. After looking around on Google for one last time I came across Springwell electrical based in Hartlepool which is a bonus because I live in Hartlepool, so I called straight away and a very polite and professional Chloe answered the phone she asked a few questions and explained that they would be in touch with a remote proposal, later that same day they emailed with proposal and to my delight it was cheaper than any of the previous 12, I said thats fine let's go ahead with that, within 3 weeks of first phone call I was up and running with 10 solar panels and battery... Massive thank you to Chloe and Liam who are both very professional, very polite, very friendly all in all just very nice honest people.

Excellent service from Springwell. We requested a quote through their website and an appointment got Liam to come and complete a survey was done quickly. His knowledge and expertise are first class and a good, competitive quote which met our requirements was sent through. Installation was quickly and efficiently carried out and we had a working system in less than a month from our initial enquiry. We were very happy with our experience from start to finish.

First class communication start to end. Dedicated staff. A clean looking install pushed through despite awful weather. Would recommend and use again if needed.
