The Greener Energy Group team who fitted the air source heat pump over two days were courteous and decent to talk to. They were very hard working and had a lot to do in the two days. The operator who lifted and put back the flooring did an excellent job with fitting it all back with no trace there had been a hatch created or the other areas the flooring had to be lifted. The area was vacuumed dust cleared after the job completed. The electrical guys were the last to leave, fairly late for a Friday getting the system to start operating. After the fitting the next week Lynne Scally (Accounts Manager) called with a courtesy call to see all had went well and discussed if anything else was needed and all was working okay and was helpful. All in all such a large operation was made easier be everyone we dealt with at Greener Energy Group. Many thanks.

I have ordered a solar panel with battery, the process was flawless, from the quote till the installation. The installation team was very professional, they searched for the optimal solution for wiring and did a really nice job. After the installation Lynne called me and made sure that everything is performed as it should. I can fully recommend the company.

I recently had 11 solar panels installed with a Sunsynk inverter, and I couldn’t be happier with the overall experience. From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional, thanks in large part to Lynne from Accounts. She was absolutely brilliant—friendly, efficient, and proactive. Lynne made sure everything ran like clockwork and even kept a close eye on the engineering team to ensure the job was done to a high standard. The installation itself was top-notch. The cabling is impressively neat and tidy, far superior to what I’ve seen from other installations in the area—especially compared to my neighbour’s setup, which looks quite messy in comparison. Although I had to dig a trench to my garage myself, the final result was well worth the effort. Overall, I’m very pleased with the system’s performance and the quality of the workmanship. If you're considering solar, I’d definitely recommend this company—and make sure you ask for Lynne to be involved!

Great all-round experience The folks from Greener Energy group where fantastic. From Joe who did the survey and supplied the quote through Lynne who gave us the post installation call. The installers themselves we amazing, Jordan especially was very helpful and took me through the whole system. When they left you would not have known there had been there and carried out such a big job as the place was left so tidy.

Great support from start to finish! Info: This post refers to a new Octopus Cosy 9 Air Source Heat Pump installation. Their salesperson outlined everything in a very understandable way, even for us laypeople. The funding team assisted us in applying for a the full funding cover through the Government grant and loan scheme, and assisted us with our Home Energy Scotland application, they really made the process painless. The engineering team, because it was a team, managed to dismantle and remove our old water tank/boiler, six radiators, and oil boiler system; and fit a new boiler, six new radiators, new pipes, and the air source heat pump in 2.5 days. Not bad considering they had to contend with three-feet-thick stone walls and some... interesting wiring. Even the Octopus Energy engineers who came to audit their work had nothing but positive comments to make of what a good, and tidy, job they had done. All incredibly professional from start to finish, cannot fault them or the process. Thank you Lynne for completing the process with us, really a fantastic finish to this project!

Wow! Amazing customer experience.

Wow! what can I say a truly professional team from start to finish. I normally don't believe the hype but I can honestly say I have never meet a more professional team. Assistance and advice with any funding queries, quote, funding approval, installation and commissioning of an air source heat pump and new radiators all inside four weeks. My thanks go to Joe,Debbie and the wonderful installation team. Always on time, constantly cleaned up every day they were fully aware that a family were still living in the house they even supplied me a couple of small heaters to use whilst they were installing all of the equipment. The installation team ensured we we fully aware of how to operate the system and that we were happy with everything before leaving. Thanks to Matt and Lynn for arranging and conducting the final inspection at a time that suited my work schedule. I really would have no hesitation in recommending the Greener Energy Group to any of my family or friends. I still cannot believe all this happened in four weeks and I now have a very warm and comfortable home. It was customer service at its best. John Sweeney

Excellent service from start to finish

Greener Energy Group were recommended to me by my energy provider, Octopus. I placed a message on their website and someone called me back straight away. Within a few days, a Renewable Energy Consultant from Greener came to my house and spent time carefully talking me through the system. I decided there and then to go for it. In LESS THAN A WEEK, the team arrived to put up 12 solar panels and install a couple of batteries. The four chaps were friendly, polite, efficient and the job was done to a very high standard. They even hoovered up and tidied up after the job was finished. And so, in just a week I had a new solar system! I spoke to Greener before, during and after the process. Every member of the team responds quickly and is very helpful. This is an incredibly well-run and efficient company, and I cannot rate them and their work highly enough. What's more, if you have any issues whatsoever after installation (I have not), they have a great after-sales team, too. I was worried about spending so much money on a solar project, but I already feel it's one of the best decisions I have made.

Heat pump

They came along and said house was suitable for heat pump took deposit now on finding out that house does not have the required supply they have agreed to refund the monies paid. i was looking forward to be part of the green way ahead but alas it was not possible at the meantime

MATT THE ENGINEER

Spoke to Melissa Muir the Aftercare & Service Manager to report that my heating system wasn't working and arrangements were made for an Engineer to call. Matt arrived the next day and very quickly identified the faults and got to work sorting them out. Matt proved a consummate expert and had the knowledge and expertise to put things in working order. I cannot thank Greener Energy Group, Melissa and Matt for their very prompt service and would highly recommend them to all considering installing a Heat Pump or any other type of heating system.

A very efficient installation process

A very efficient installation process, despite the issues of a weak WiFi signal in our area. The scaffolding was erected and removed in a very timely manner, the solar panel installer worked like a Trojan to fit 18 panels in one day and Leon and James stuck with the wiring until the job was completed and functional, desire the fact that it was a tougher job than they had expected, installing into an old house in a rural area. Highly recommended.
