I cannot recommend Simon and Adam highly enough. We hired the team to renovate our house earlier this year. It’s a very old house built in the 1860’s which required a full refurb including structural renovations following building plans. We wanted the work to compliment the original features. Clarkes were extremely professional from start to finish. They kept us up to date from the get go, and no question was left unanswered. The level of communication was exceptional, and we were blown away by the quality of the workmanship, both in decorating and bespoke carpentry. Such a lovely bunch. You really wont find better anywhere else.

So good to have finally found a company that care about the client and the end result. We have used Simon and his team for various projects which have all exceeded expectation and it makes such a difference to know the people working in your home are trustworthy and reliable. I recently hired Clarkes Property Maintenance 24/7 in London to renovate my flat after a tenant left it in very poor condition, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The team carried out a full refurbishment — resurfacing the parquet floors, restoring the natural wood doors, refreshing the bathroom and kitchen, and completing a full repaint throughout. The workmanship was outstanding, but what really sets this company apart is the team itself. Every member was professional, courteous, and clearly took pride in their craft. They were punctual, organised, and incredibly respectful of my home. Communication was excellent from start to finish — they kept me updated at every stage and always made sure I was happy with the progress.
