if you are looking for a business who knows about Air Source Heat Pumps in all ways, plus solar panels then look no further. Green Revolution are customer focussed (yes really), thorough, caring and knowledgeable and have helped us out following a poor initial installation, so our heating system now works as it should have done. They have subsequently been back to service equipment and replace a couple of ageing radiators - great jobs - I highly recommend.

5 stars just doesn't seem enough. The wealth of knowledge from the guys here were brilliant. We had an issue that needed resolving urgently, and of course I pumped out a message to every company I could find in a 20 mile radius. Jonathan at Green Revolution came back almost instantly. We emailed and he called and discussed the issue. Despite them being busy, he understood my urgency and squeezed me in for a home visit. Two engineers arrive, Jonathan and Eli, who explained my current system, advised on proper usage, diagnosed the 'fault' that it had, fixed it and left. It was such a quick turnaround and I couldn't have been more grateful. This was a proper instance of customer service and I felt valued, even though all I needed was a diagnosis/fix, not a full solar panel install which would be thousands, my issue at worst was going to be low hundreds. Despite this, I never felt fobbed off, I felt valued and was treated like this was the contract of a lifetime from them, like if they secured this job, they could retire on a beach in the sun. It's this level of service and personal touch that will go a long way with everyone, but especially me. I will sing their praises to anyone who will listen and will recommend/use them again at every opportunity I have over the next few years. Their swiftness of the visit & fix has removed a huge amount of stress, so I genuinely can't thank them enough.

We are really pleased with our ASHP install carried out by Green Revolution and their engineers/electricians. For what was quite a large job with many radiators to replace, during winter, there was not too much disruption to the household and a high quality job was done. We also felt that the total install price was reasonable. A minor follow up issue identified a couple of months down the line was rectified the very same morning by GR under their warranty, which was fantastic service. My only improvement for the company would be to communicate the end to end process upfront as there are quite a few steps involved, such as multiple surveys and commissioning at the end, and it would allow for more planning our side to accommodate. Overall we would recommend the company and use again. Thank you.

Jonathan and his team have just installed my new heating system. Air source, cylinder and under floor throughout. Right from the start he provided lots of advice and great communication all the way through. Gave us different options regarding which unit we could have. Craig the installer done a brilliant job, everything installed very neatly in the space. They’re both on the phone with any questions I had, and run me through all the set up.
