Empire Electrical Innovations were the first to respond to my post on Checkatrade. Quickly and efficiently arranged a date/time o view. Engineer (William) arrived at allotted time and proceeded to rectify the issue in a highly professional manner. Couldn’t fault service provided.

After an initial visit to assess the work required to install 3 outdoor sockets in my garden, I received a very good quotation and I decided to proceed with Empire Electrical Innovation Ltd as they gave me the impression of being really competent. On the day we agreed on, Claud kept me updated of a slight delay he was having due to the morning traffic which turned out to only be 10 minutes. The work was done as initially agreed and Claud was able to advise on the best way of doing the installation and he managed to accomodate my requests and needs. I am extremely happy to have accepted their quotation as the work was completed with no issues and with a very good quality and attentions to the details. Highly recommended.

Excellent service from Empire Electrical Innovations. My EV charger point location is 30mts from our property and William attended and offered several options for the cabling. Top quality installation and also help with downloading and familiarisation with the OHME app. Cannot recommend them highly enough ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
