I can’t praise these guys enough

I can’t praise these guys enough. Right from the get go they were helpful, understanding and very professional. The installation guys were extremely knowledgeable, polite and very tidy. Also, the office support was on hand from start to finish, with all the certification and paperwork sent in a timely manner. But the bottom line is, the solar panels are working really well, even with the small amount of sun we have been getting of late, can’t wait to see what it produces in the summer! The app which the tech guy helped me set up is so easy to access, and shows everything in diagram form; even I can understand it! I highly recommend them

Overall excellent service

The whole process from quote through to completion was very efficient and communication remained good throughout. The work was carried out to a high standard and I was particularly pleased with how neatly it was all installed. The handover at the end of the project was very smooth

Excellent solution, excellent installation

I would highly rate our experience with TCA Solar. Lee was very good at understanding our needs and coming up with an optimal solution which meant the cabling was unobtrusive and the batteries were out of sight in the garage. The quote was excellent value and we were pleased with the solution. When it came to the installation we were very impressed with the guys that carried out the work and they were very respectful of our property leaving no mess and moving furniture as necessary without complaint. We really appreciated that the team were conscientious and willing to work through any issues until they were resolved. Very impressed with the speed of responses from Tammy for any admin or payment queries. Would definitely (and already have) recommend.

ONCE IN A LIFETIME EXPERIENCE

Next month. I will be 74, and have been in property for 43 years. Never have I worked with such a GREAT bunch of lads AND lasses. I cannot express how wonderful they have all been. We have had extensive work carried out to our cottage, and they have not only installed solar panels, battery storage and lots of other work, but, when necessary, at the drop of a hat, they have come to assist in areas which aren't strictly their remit. They don't know yet, but we are about to buy a 3-bed bungalow and we will almost certainly be using them on much, if not most of the extension, renovation, refurbishment work, as we have such faith in them, and their boss - Tammy!

Great experience and professionalism with a very likeable team. Lee initially came around to discuss solar installation and chose the best system for our needs. Tammy efficiently kept us updated on the progress, and the installation was done very professionally by Dave and Lee. They were both very accommodating to answer any questions and explain the APP. Highly recommend this company.
