Eco Partners installed 8 solar panels for me. The sales person knew his stuff and gave me good advice about the solution I should go for. The price was very good indeed and the products (separately researched) are in the top 3 and so have a good reputation - not didn't sacrifice quality for price. The installers came on time worked quickly and installed the inverter and panels with minimal mess. A tile was broken on the roof but it was patched up and then replaced within 48 hours. All in all, I am very, very pleased with Exco Partners from start to aftercare.

We had been considering the installation of Solar Panels & Batteries for quite some time. However we were put off by the hard sell; questionable claims on performance and the Return on Investment, as we are pensioners on a fixed income. A neighbour introduced us to Eco Green Ltd and Matt Cribbs, their Sales Manager. Matt, who is an engineer by profession, asked for evidence of our electricity consumption over the past year. Based on our consumption he recommended a Solar Panel only installation, which had the provision to add storage batteries added at a later date. We accepted the competitive quote and all preparatory paperwork was completed with the Regulatory Authorities and the system installed one month later. The two-man installation team, were prompt, efficient and talked us through the installation and the use of the SHINEPHONE Monitoring App.. We have been contacted by a Director of Eco Green, as a follow up, to ascertain whether we are happy with the System and the engagement experience. Overall, we are delighted with the aesthetic look of the panels, their efficiency and the whole system solution. I would highly recommend considering Eco Free Ltd of Clevedon, if you are in the market for Solar Panels.

Matt was very professional in his explanation of how a heat pump would improve the energy efficiency of my heating system. The installation was immaculate and I’m looking forward to not paying £400 for oil in January.

Mark, Matt and the team installed a heat pump for me last year and was incredibly impressed with their prices, professionalism and services; so much so, I have just placed a solar order with Eco Green Partners and have been dealt with equally impressive service. Highly recommend!!

Terrible company!

I contacted them to come out and set up the system, arranged an appointment with their director who did not turn up, twice! asked for them to send a email for a battery, they said he would do it when he returned, we never received it. The person on the phone is apologetic but the directors seem to be missing. We had another company come out and they had wired the unit incorrectly and not put a cable from the unit to the electric box to read what the battery is doing.

Great communication and punctuality throughout the experience! Neat and tidy job done to a very high standard. I would highly recommend this company as they were trustworthy and reliable throughout the whole project..

I'd avoid these people at all costs. Zero reviews on Trustpilot before this one, yet they claim 5 stars on their website. Sums up a selective approach to the facts, poor aftercare, and longer than agreed leadtimes.
