I had 15 Solar panels fitted by Solar Partner In 2014 and have had no problems with them at all. I get about £850 from Feed in Tarif and save on the electricity bill as well. I am in the process of selling my home and needed a bit of supporting technical information which is not normally part of the service pack. I called Tony and even though he said it might take him a couple of days he provided the information I needed in double quick time. Really truly personal service that was above and beyond. Thank you Tony.

Tony at Solar Partner was very thorough at every stage of the process, from the initial discussion and installation to signing the job off. We maximised the available roof space to install a 6 kw system, for the price of a 4 kw quote elsewhere. The panels were installed as part of the roof rather than fitting on top.

I had an old set of solar panels that were tripping my electrics. I contacted Tony to see if he could help. He came and had a look and pointed out that one was broken and said he could bypass that one to find out whether that was causing the problem, and if not the inverter might need replacing. I asked him to go ahead with that and cleaning and bird proofing the panels. This was all done, and Tony was able to replace the broken panel with a second-hand panel that is nearly indistinguishable from the originals. Unfortunately the electrics were still tripping so Tony checked this by replacing our inverter with one of his own. This worked so he then ordered and installed a new inverter. I am very happy with all the work done. Everything is functioning correctly. The panels are working better after having been cleaned, and I don't have pigeons banging on my roof in the mornings. Tony was polite and friendly. He was great at keeping me informed of what was happening and explaining the problems, and what my options were. The work was done quickly and everything was left tidy. The cost was very reasonable and I was only charged the original amounts quoted for the two jobs, even though there was more work and investigation carried out than originally expected. I would definitely request Tony's services again if needed.

Solar Partner installed our ground mounted array 14 years ago! Three double height rows of panels with two Fronius inverters which are reliable and continue to outperform expectations. The ground mounted panels have survived mega storms & winds! 18 months ago we added a battery and again Solar Partner did a great job. In an economy where installers come and go, we are very pleased to have chosen Solar Partner, not only for the quality of their work, but also their ongoing customer service.

Tony and team done a great job helping us out with our panels recently. Friendly, knowledgeable and nothing was to much trouble. So impressed, we're now getting them to quote for a battery system to complement the solar system already installed.
