We would like to thank Dan for his remarkable customer service before we even instructed him to undertake a solar thermal service on our system, and even more so during the actual service. He answered all our (many) concerns to the best of his ability, he made us feel very reassured that we were getting the correct service and how to maintain the system in general. We had quite a lot of air in the system and this was all sorted as well as a partial flush and refill. The system is as quiet as a mouse now!
