Superb experience with James from the initial contact through to installation today of our new EV charger. Unlike two local companies I contacted he responded to my enquiry within 24 hours, he supplied a very comprehensive and competitive quote and the job was completed within 14 days. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Working with James to do the installation on my house was a pleasure. He took the time to answer all of my questions very comprehensively beforehand, provided extra detail when he didn't have it to hand and helped me reached the best future-proof solution. The installation itself went well - both James and his contractors turned up when they said they would and did a good job with any difficulties being resolved at the time. The electrical work needed on the house was also completed to a higher standard that what was in place originally. Cost for the system was consistent with much larger firms, but the company being local means that it's easier to get ad-hoc queries answered now the system is up and working. Overall a very professional job completed by local guys to a high standard.

Polaris Energy Solutions fitted a new solar battery storage system for us, their quote was very thorough and James explained all the options so we could make an informed decision on the system. James and Isaac did a fantastic job on the install, arriving when they said they would, leaving no mess after the job was completed – a very tidy job! The whole process was seamless James gave full explanations from start to finish ensuring we fully understood what was happening and the timings. The teams turned up exactly as the schedule and work ethics of all the different trades were commendable all very polite, tidy and kept us informed. We had the scaffold team followed by the roofing team, then the connections team. James was overseeing all works keeping us up to date. Great care and diligence fitting the system in scorching temperatures did not stop them completing the work to the highest standards. I cannot recommend this team enough absolutely brilliant, we are fully operational now and love the benefits we are seeing.
