Huge thanks to Paul and the team at Arc Electrical! After being let down by an emergency electrical service that didn’t want to take ownership of the issue, Paul stepped in without hesitation. As soon as he heard we had no power, he came over as quickly as he could. He was incredibly friendly, easy to talk to, and even managed to bring some laughs despite the situation. Paul quickly identified the fault, went out to grab the necessary parts, and had everything fixed and the power back on in about 30 minutes to an hour.
