The Fort team stood out from the competition in their customer service, bespoke approach to find a solution which worked for us, engineering knowhow and value for money. We had slightly unusual and particular requirements and were really impressed with the tailored approach we received. Thanks to Lee and Julian who put up with so many questions and all the challenges this project threw up. We are delighted with the end result!

A comfortable installation from start to finish. The tech, and the potential of the system was explained right from the start. The order was placed and the installation moved smoothly through to its completion. The setting up of the inverter was tested, and monitored post installation to ensure it all worked well. Couldn't fault the process. Would definitely recommend.

From initial contact with Lee I felt this was the company to carry out my installation.He advised me on the different makes of equipment and was very knowledgeable of them. The installation was for dual battery and inverter charging system to run with my solar system. Work was carried out to an excellent standard with little fuss or mess. Julian and Lee were very responsive to my enquiry to install a second battery to our solar system. Installation was arranged within a week and on the day they were superb. Their expertise and professionalism was evident from the first contact with Fort. They tidied up the scruffy and unsafe condition of the initial installation by a national installer and I now know that the upgraded system they installed is safe. The second battery is working and I am a very happy customer. These are the guys to go to for any work on solar and battery systems without doubt. We had an issue with our solar system and made a call to Fort Energy. Julian responded promptly and offered to visit within 24 hours. His approach was professional and friendly. He thoroughly investigated the problem and solved it on site. We were very impressed and would recommend the company.
