I had a solar install from another company which rattled in the wind. Arc did a report for me to assess the remedial work required when the original company would not fix the problem. After the original company went bust Arc were able to reinstall the system correctly and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. There are many rogues in the solar industry, I would happily recommend Arc because they know what they are doing and genuinely have pride in their work

Fantastic friendly service

I was due to have an EV charger installed as part of my car purchase, but when the installers checked my property, they found there was no earth bonding on the water and gas pipes. They couldn’t go ahead with the installation until it was corrected. Arc Line Design confirmed that this was absolutely the right call and explained why the bonding was necessary for safety. Even though they wouldn't be installing the EV charger themselves, they were more than happy to step in and help. What really impressed me was how they avoided running a green and yellow cable around the outside of the house or lifting up our newly laid carpet. Instead, they were able to use the existing gas meter pipework and carry out the bonding neatly and properly, testing everything to make sure it was spot on. Really knowledgeable, honest and helpful throughout. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them
