Arranging the service was easy enough, paid ahead of visit, and they delivered on their promise. Engineer attended within the time slot, was polite, friendly, and professional. Replaced multiple batteries, he waited around whilst a colleague brought them over. He put protection on ladders to avoid marking the render at the front, that was appreciated. He tested everything, showed us how to set to different functions; overall happy to recommend.

I had my existing alarm upgraded by BSEntwistle. Chris the engineer arrived bang on time and started work straight away. The existing alarm was a bit complicated but he managed to sort the circuits. He fitted a new bell box (which is illuminated) new main panel and two remote key pads. Also new PIR detectors and vibration sensors. The job took about 5-6 hours and he installed the app on my phone and my wife's phone. We can now monitor the system, remotely set and remotely un-set the alarm. It has given us much greater peace of mind. I would thoroughly recommend their services. Forgot to mention that Chris was very polite, friendly and professional and tidied up as he went. Thanks again for a great job.

Excellent service from start to finish. Booking someone in to come and carry out a service and replace a faulty battery was very easy and the work done on the day was very quick. Engineers who visited were brilliant.
