Excellent Service and Support! I highly recommend this company based on my recent experience. The aftercare, which I believe is the real test of any company, has been outstanding and confirmed that I made the right choice. I had new solar panels and a Sigenergy battery system installed. I had specific requirements for the panels, cabling and battery placement, and the installation team took this into consideration and completed everything exactly as I requested. After installation, the dedicated tech support team has been brilliant, providing clear guidance on how to set up and get the best out of the system. I’ve had a few questions since then, and they’ve always been quick and helpful in their responses. Overall, great service from start to finish — professional, attentive, and reliable. I would definitely recommend them.

BGreenn have frustrated and disappointed throughout the installation process and the after sale technical support. I regret using the company and wouldn't use them again. Problems initially arose during installation when it quickly became apparent the design was completely flawed. Sorting this issue was painful, with a significant reduction in solar panels and and indication of the subsequent stuggle we'd have at every subsequent step. Installation took many weeks longer than promised, staff fauled to show up or arrived for a work day at lunchtime and left after only 2-3 hours work. Staff treated our house as their own, caused issued with other trusted trades working in the house and work practises regularly ignored health and safety rules. There are now operating issues with the system, with technical support less helpful than consulting Google. Securing a price adjustment for the solar panels that couldn't be fitted and for wider issues was a fight. Had I realised that aftercare would be as poor as it is, I'd have paid much less. My advise, use any other installer!

Bgreenn have provided a professional service. They came to see me and carried out a survey, before providing details of a solar panel installation and a detailed quote. They provided a range of battery options at different price points and were happy to discuss any queries that I had. They have been flexible with any requests that I have made. All of the people involved with the work have been competent and efficient, and the work has been carried out to a high standard. Scaffolding was erected a week ahead of the work being carried out and taken down the day after. The day after solar panels were fitted I received a call from their support team talking me through the application after preforming the initial set up for me. They have responded quickly to any questions that I have asked them. I am very satisfied with the work that they have done and would use them again.

It is now 3 months since BGreenn installed solar panels and batteries at our home. The whole process has been smooth and trouble-free. Things we particularly liked are: 1. There was no hard sell or pestering to make a decision. 2. We asked to speak to a previous customer and they were really positive and this reassured us. 3. Everyone involved in the installation was professional and pleasant. 4. The aftercare was excellent. It has been great having a dedicated person dealing with the link up to the grid etc. We would throughly recommend - we are now in the process of getting BeGreenn to install an EV charger!
