We already had some old solar panels and needed some advice. Lee visited us and spent a good 45 minutes explaining all the options before leaving and sending over a comprehensive quote by email, absolutely no hard sell. We asked a few questions and received honest answers. Several weeks later, we booked for an install of new panels to run alongside the existing. On the day of the install we found Lee and his colleague extremely hard working, 8am to 5pm with no breaks. Both were available to ask questions, they were friendly and polite and a perfect example of what you want from an established family business. The extra attention to detail was outstanding, we asked if we could be cheeky and have the blocked down pipe cleared whilst on the roof, they had already done it! They advised us of two broken roof tiles held together with silicone, one nipped off in the van and came back with replacement tiles and swapped them. The entire installation is neater than I’d imagined, cables well hidden, this really is one if not the easiest 5 star reviews I have ever written, I’d recommend this company in a heart beat.

B-Safe Solar division installed our solar panels and were fantastic. We moved from Peterborough to North Yorkshire but that didn’t deter the team. TJ communicated everything really clearly and on the day I was amazed that they completed the whole job in one day, including all the travelling, having to collect panels from Stockton, building an outside shed for us for the battery storage, installing our Eddi (hot water system linked to the Solar) and clearing everything up so we wouldn’t even know they had been. The advice about the App connected to the panels was also explained as well as offering advice on the most suitable tariff to chose if changing energy supplier. I would highly recommend B-Safe to anyone who is thinking about installing solar panels - fantastic team, fantastic job.

I was looking for quotes for solar panels and battery system and was recommended B Safe Electrical Services Ltd from Peterborough. Lee Cameron came to look and listened to what I was looking for and also recommended using optimisers because of possible shading and also a unit to heat the hot water and to build a shelter to house all the equipment outside none of the other companies mentioned these. There quote was cheaper than most of the other quotes even with the extras they suggested. When they came to install the system they were very professional and polite the work was done to a very high standard and believe me I was checking everything when they left they left the place spotless. Since the install I had some questions since I didn't know much about using a solar system and they answered the same day and answered all my questions in a way that it made sense. I have add some pictures to show some of their work. I can highly recommend them.

Really pleased with the services provided by B safe, Ross & Bryony communicated with us really well. The team on site were professional and very tidy, they did a really good job and we're extremely happy with the results. Would thoroughly recommend and after looking though a few quotes for this job they were very competitive on the price.

Solar Devision. Lee and Teejay did a terrific job installing the vast majority of the equipment in just one day. I had boarded out my loft area for the inverter an batteries to be installed with a little more ease but never expected the PV panels and inerter etc to be done so quickly and efficiently for a really good price as well. I am now virtually paying nothing for my energy and should be getting paid for what i am exporting to the grid very soon.
