His work was thorough, quick and careful. I am very happy with the high standard of the installation and with the efficiency of the system which has reduced my energy costs by over 50% at a time when energy costs are rising. Jamie came to troubleshoot our underfloor heating system. I felt he had a lot of expertise in the system, he was able give us a range of options and he was able to explain the process to me in a way that I could easily understand. He managed to the resolve the issue we had struggled with for 2 years in just an hour. I liked his booking in system too, Jamie was easy to speak to on the phone, we arranged a time he would come and he gave us an idea of cost up front. Lucans carried out full heat loss calculations before advising me on the best air source heat pump for my property. Satisfied with the unit and unvented hot water cylinder that was specified, We had them both installed and commissioned, the old gas boiler was also removed during this process. The whole install was very professional and all work was carried out in a timely manner. A full handover was completed and we were shown how to properly operate the Air source heat pump. Would highly recommend Lucans for any Renawbles or Gas Safe work.

Wasted our time

They came out to quote on air source heat pump and ended up quoting for an oil and air source hybrid system. When I explained this wasn’t what I was after, they said they would look at things. Despite chasing up, I haven’t heard anything. Feel like I’ve wasted my time.
