I used HelpinU to install a solar battery system and car charger after an initial visit from Steve. Steve and their office team kept me informed of progress with the G99 application and installation date. The scaffolding was put up a few days in advance and taken down soon after completion. The roofers arrived at the agreed time, wearing company uniforms, were polite and considerate, wearing overshoes when they had to enter the house. The commissioning electrician and his apprentice were polite and kept us informed of progress. The system once turned on has worked better than expected.

We have been thinking about having solar panels installed on our roof and we had a number of quotes provided from plans, but after contacting Duracell, Steve Cameron from HelpinU Solar arranged a site visit and advised too install a battery only solution. HelpinU Solar came and fitted 20kws of batteries and inverter in our garage connecting to our house electrical supply. The installation was extremely neat, very professional and carried out on the date agreed. Throughout everybody was friendly, very helpful and could be contacted at any time. HelpinU Solar installed solar panels and new battery storage on our new build commercial unit and did a great job. They were exceptionally patient with us throughout the process, despite a few delays on our side including broadband issues delaying the final commissioning by months. Very impressed with the customer support and the team who installed our panels. Easy to deal with from start to finish. The installation team were exemplary - easy to approach and took care knowing we have disabilities. No real disturbance to our day and cleaned up after well. The panels have been in a week and I can see we’ve saved £6 and that’s with rain and dull days
