From the initial phone call to the site visit, I felt Evergen Solar were going to deliver their offer. This was backed up by the post fit product support from Daniel. Allowing my system to get functioning and linked to their easy to understand online data dashboard. A very professional company where I never felt pressurised to buy at any point. I will ge dealing with them again to expand my solar system.

Had a 12 panels system with battery installed within two weeks of ordering.Scaffolding arrived set up then installers Josh and Carl set it up. Put inverter and battery in a better location that was planned.Would highly recommend Evergen.All set up through the app storing electricity 👍👍 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Very disappointed with the service provided. I had my solar panels installed a year ago and it’s always been difficult to resolve issues. Their customer service is friendly but unable to help. I need to simply reset my battery due to a change in WiFi password (which unfortunately doesn’t happen by a click of a button). I have been provided with useless information not applicable to my battery storage in the first instance which I told them. To which they asked me to call Growatt and provided their number. Growatt hasn’t been answering or cut the phone so I’ve been unable to get through. I informed Evergen, provided a date and time for a call back from them ensuring that I can answer. To my disappointment, they never called and my issue is still unresolved. I had problems earlier to which I needed an engineer to come and again it was difficult to get any help whatsoever, it has taken over a month to get a solution during which my solar panels were not working and not generating the power. In my opinion they are very over priced, useless when it comes to help so it ends up costing more money, time and nerves to try and get a resolution. There are definitely far better providers out there - do not buy.

Our installation was completed on the exact date promised—just a week before Christmas—and the entire experience with Evergen has been exceptional from start to finish. From the initial consultation with Nisar, who handled all our questions with patience and clarity, through to ordering, installation, certification, and follow‑up checks, every stage was carried out with flawless professionalism. I would wholeheartedly recommend Evergen to anyone considering solar panels. You would be hard‑pressed to find another organisation as thorough, reliable, and committed to customer satisfaction as they are.

Overall, a smooth installation happened, the pre-installation communication was excellent and I was informed of the happenings and occurrences well in advance. The actual installation was carried out by a really friendly and supportive team, who were very conscientious to my property and installed a very clean install. They took time to show me the equipment and how to shut it down if needed and showed me the app that I can use to see it working. Post install has been mainly positive, I do have the scaffold up, but it did say in the T's and C's that this could be around a month after, so it is just outside this window, with a recent call to tell me to expect a call this Friday for a slot to remove it. I did have a blip on my system, but a simple call allowed us to diagnose the issue and my system was up and running straight away. Also, the advice around setting up an export account and using my system to its maximum was also welcomed, although I did have to chase up a call about this, but the chap who called was very good. Overall, a good experience with the company.

This review is specifically about my experience with Shafaq Ahmed who was my first point of contact with Evergen Solar he gave a very detailed description and explanation of the panels and told us everything we needed to know and said if there was anything we needed help with we had his number he has since helped with questions we had with changing suppliers etc so very happy with his ongoing service
