Clear Climate

I had solar panels installed on my roof around 3 months ago now. Wow what a difference it made to my energy bills nearly halved. The install was second to none very professional and responsive. Would highly recommend to anyone.

The engineers sent by Clear Climate, to install an Air Source Heat Pump left huge holes in the exterior wall for a week in February. They flooded the kitchen twice, ruining our wood floor. They broke the back door. They left a soil pipe uncapped. They broke an extractor fan vent cover. They left trunking unfinished. They left the job unfinished for 4 weeks without any explanation. They left rubbish strewn about the loft, the spare bedroom and the yard. It took almost a year and Solicitor action before they finally admitted liability and settled. No apology or compensation for our 11 months of stress and inconvenience. They then refused to carry out the required annual service because we had complained. DO NOT trust this company. Should be zero stars. The above review is an honest and truthful assessment of the company [Clear Climate] and I have emails, photographs etc to back this up. I have received an email and 2 phone calls from the director of the company [despite advising him several times to stop phoning me]. He has told me to delete the review but I WILL NOT be intimidated or bullied into deleting or changing it.

Avoid At ALL Costs

From the onset this company started to worry me!! Workmanship issues and multiple MCS non compliances. Poor communication, in fact everything about them stinks. Have lied in correspondence, evaded issues and arrogant!! I can provide phots and written evidence. These idiots need banning from the UK.

All work carried out to a professional standard and installers left our property clean and tidy. Highly recommend this company.

Had my air sauce heat pump a year now and so glad I got one the installation from start to finish was first class no mess and a great bunch of lads who installed this would definitely recommend clear climate

Great Experience with Clear Climate

What a fantastic experience we had whilst getting Air conditioning units installed into several rooms in our house. The Clear Climate operatives were so considerate and nothing was a problem to them. The standard of work was first class and the work was carried out so meticulous and efficiently, we hardly notices that there had been in the house. A fantastic company with great staff ethos on providing a first class service throughout the company which was experienced from the surveys to the install. Well done to Clear Climate and thanks for a great job.
