The Wired and Wonderful team have been absolutely excellent throughout our work. When we were gathering quotes for our solar panel installation, Rob came to discuss our requirements - he was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to explain everything to us in a very understandable way. We had found that was definitely not the case with other providers. Rob produced a detailed and comprehensive report which allowed us to make a clear assessment of whether to go ahead with the work. Once we had agreed the work, the Wired and Wonderful team quickly took care of all the applications and filings needed. They really made it as straightforward and easy for us as customers. The installation was brilliantly coordinated and the team were so polite and tidy throughout. They worked extremely hard to get the installation done quickly and efficiently and Rob sent us pictures and videos throughout so we could see what was happening on the roof. On our installation, there was a slight issue with the battery system - the installation had all been completed correctly but the battery system needed some software updates. Rob and Liam worked so so diligently to get the system up and running and didn't stop until everything was sorted correctly. I was greatly reassured by the team and all their hard work. I cannot recommend Wired and Wonderful enough - their work has been brilliant and I am so glad we asked them to do the installation. The work was all done on time and on budget.

I had a 10-panel installation put on earlier in the year by Rob and his crew at Wired and Wonderful. On the face of it the installation appeared simple but once planning permission (Yes! one of those) and various other logistics were factored in it was not so simple. Wired and Wonderful provided an end-to-end service begging with securing planning permission and finishing with connecting up with the grid and Apps downloaded. All at an affordable price, executed in promised time with post installation inspection to finish. The work is clean and neat with all rubbish taken away. I was impressed enough to recommend Wired and Wonderful to family who were just as impressed. Excellent technical and admin team.

Rob and Liam did a great job. Spent time walking through all the key decision points (especially the aesthetic ones) and making sure we were comfortable. Install was neat and tidy with a minimum of fuss and communication was really good throughout the install. We're a month in and everything is working as expected - Liam took time to explain the core aspects but all the gear is fairly self explanatory. Just looking forward to the summer now.

So pleased we got our solar panels and battery installed by Wired & Wonderful. Rob and Liam were tidy, efficient and explained all the options. Even better we now get paid from Octopus for the surplus electricity we export back to the grid.
