Replace old panels (14 years), using existing SMA inverter, and add AC battery. EcoHome Renewables were the stand out quote from the half dozen companies - fully itemised. A few tweaks as my request for GivEnergy (a UK company) battery and non-standard inverter. Jake was helpful and clear every step of the way, and helped enormously with my queries about keeping our existing FIT contract. Jake secured our (couple in our eighties) business. Great team for the install - including Jake who was busy doing tidying up when not needed on the technical stuff. Didn't quite manage to complete the install in one day - but was fully sorted shortly after. Sam back at the office has been a great help getting the system reporting how I like it. Keeping Jake interested in my plans for kit to add to the GivEnergy hybrid inverter - probably not an exercise bike! EcoHome Renewables can be thoroughly recommended.

Working from a flyer Ecohome posted, I called them as I was seeking a battery to add to my system and they are local. Jake came around with his friendly and knowledge attitude, he proposed to add a battery to my existing invertor within a couple of weeks and at a price I was happy with. Then the problems started that were outside Ecohome's control, but they kept me informed throughout the issues and they resolved them in the end.
