I recently had the pleasure of working with M2 for the installation of a Samsung heat pump and Joule cylinder in my new self-build home. The experience was exceptional from start to finish, and I couldn't be happier with the results. M2 Mechanical installed and serviced our AC units and our Air source heat pump. Their work is firs class, with their engineers being professional, friendly and knowledgable.

And the Lord said “Let there be heat." And there was heat! And all the angels of the firmament did rain wondrous gifts upon them and the name M2 Heating will be echoed down the eons of time. I was an early adopter of ASHP and my original unit failed last month. The company who serviced it failed to respond to my request for a quote to replace it, as did another company close by. When I found M2Mechanical and spoke to Andy, he was immediately empathetic and responsive. Within half an hour he had come back to me for more information, to do a full heat load assessment and within an hour and a half Richard, the director was on site to evaluate the situation. By this time, we had been without heat for two weeks. Richard responded by placing an order for a replacement heat pump which was on site within three working days. Just two days later Lee and Harvey arrived and Lee did a superb job reconfiguring the internal plumbing. The system was up and running by the end of the week. It is a delight to find a company that responds appropriately to its customers needs. I have great confidence that with the breadth of their services and their depth of experience, they will be there to support us through the life of this unit.

This company is so efficient! I was desperate for help and so wished I’d found them sooner. A lovely young man arrived on time - in itself a miracle these days - identified the (tricky) problem, went out to buy the broken part, fitted it carefully and set up the system to work in less than 2 hours!!! I’m still reeling from the shock of such brilliant service this close to Christmas, when I know they were busy. Anyone with an air source heat pump should use them; Unreservedly recommended.
