Simon your knowledge of the product and advice you have given has been extremely helpful delivering exactly what I wanted from the start. I mentioned to you I wanted to install air heat pump and you've taken that on board and suggested a larger inverter to future-proof the system and make it easier to add air source heat pumps later. The installation itself was smooth, efficient, and completed to a very high standard for which I’m extremely happy with the results and would not hesitate to recommend you Simon from TEC.

As were the excellent scaffolders who worked in dire weather conditions to ensure the works were completed to the agreed timescales. They all made sure we understood every detail and were always available to answer our queries. The installation went smoothly, the site was left clean and tidy, and we are very impressed with the final result which went live on 1/09/2025 without any snagging issues. I cannot recommend this solar panel company highly enough. As I have difficulties with spoken and listening English, I reached out to five different companies for a quote. This was the ONLY company that agreed to conduct all communication via WhatsApp, while the others insisted on phone calls, making the process incredibly difficult for me. Their commitment to customer needs started immediately. Simon clearly and patiently explained every detail of the quotation in writing, often using simple language when I needed clarification, which was a huge relief. Furthermore, I had a specific requirement for a particular panel brand. Simon went above and beyond, putting in the necessary effort to find the source for the exact panels I needed, succeeding where all the other companies simply could not fulfil my requirements. The installation itself was flawless. Adam and Sam were professional, on time, and extremely tidy throughout the process.
