Very good experience, managed and overseen by New Era Energy and work carried out by the excellent team at Supreme Heating. House is now cosy and warm all the time, and we love our new radiators.

Nothing but superlatives to say here. I have had solar ( in room & on roof) installed, inverter & battery. Then a couple of weeks later the team replaced the boiler with a heat pump controlled by an Adia Thermal hub that talks to the heat pump, the hot water cylinder, a small thermostat in each room and WiFi controller TRV’s on each radiator. The outcome is amazing! Thanks John & Team!

We met John at the Grand Design show at the excel in the City. We liked his manner and about two years later we were ready to use his company to help deliver our green home. We have done a whole house retrofit so Solar on two roofs, Air-Source Heat Pump, 13kWh of battery storage, invertor and then WUNDA underfloor heating on ground and first floor. My builder gutted the house and we installed external insualtion to all the walls, floors and loft and also replaced the windows with the best double glazed units along with anything else to help ensure the property was as energy efficient as possible given the start point of a 1929 solid brick home with a couple of cavity wall additions. The gas was disconnected, a requirement to secure the £7,500 Air-Source heat pump grant, and the end result is better than expected given that we could not test drive our house, as finished, and we were therefore making a leap of faith about the efficiency of the Air-Source and the Solar - in both summer as well as winter. We run two electric cars and generally run a credit electricity balance for 6-months of the year and even in the depths of winter our worst bill of £325 has to be reveiwed in the context of not putting a months petrol/diesel into the two family cars! I would recommend greening your home, by use of an air-source pump, but only if you can fully embrace a whole house retrofit. But if that is not possible then solar panels, and batteries, is still worth doing given a night time tariff of c.7p and a daytime export tariff of c.15p. Like any building project where different trades are working together and suppliers are not always reliable nothing is perfect so I have given John 4*. But for the end result it is 5*+

New Era installed a heat pump and solar panels with battery storage The Samsung pump works really well, always cozy house and plenty hot water. The solar has kept my bills down a lot so my monthly bills are less than half what they were. I can highly recommend Alex and Boris the installers and the New Era Energy design team.
