Great service from a friendly team at a good price. Will was knowledgeable, polite and very professional. Any issues were followed up, the team at Coastal Electrical £ Renewable Solutions ensured that I was completely happy with the work. My house was left clean and the work completed to a high standard including cosmetically. This was a relatively complex job with fault finding and replacement of components of my PV system along with fitting battery storage and whole home backup. The quote was competitive and despite extra work being required the quote was honoured.

Will fitted our EV charger to our house. All communications with Will, from quote to installation, were polite and quick. The install itself was done without mess and professionally. The finished job was very good, and the 15m of cable was completely hidden. He ensured the unit was up and running before leaving, and even tidied a couple of cables which were outside the quote. Will responded quickly to our request for a new replacement consumer unit. He contacted, viewed & quoted swiftly. We agreed, he then contacted us the day before the agreed fit date to check we were still happy to continue. It was a pleasure to have him here working. He was very thorough & efficient. after getting lots of poor advice from other solar providers on battery and cut over systems we worked with Will to get credible and reliable answers. not only is he extremely well informed, he is pleasant to work with and turns up when he says he will. I have since recommended him to several people and have no hesitation in continuing to do so. In a market where it is hard to find good people he is a real gem!
