Only review on here is to do with the driving of one of their vans. At 0530hrs on the 13th May 2025 a sign written van displaying the index of MA74LCK was travelling in excess of 100MPH on the M11 Southbound towards London. The driver was driving aggressively with another dark coloured van. The type of driving displayed shows complete disregard to members of the public and to be honest there was zero traffic at that time of the morning to be in a rush for anything. Arrive alive. Your families need you home. Tomorrow isn’t promised.

I was walking across a zebra crossing in Bloomsbury the other day when a Thronmoor Services Ltd van almost ran me and a couple of other people over. Then the two guys in the van gave the middle finger to all of us who were trying to cross the zebra crossing. We all had to jump out of the way of this van, which was intentionally trying to intimidate us. Van registration plate: MV24 TXK. I hope their electrical installation is better than their driving ettiquette.

Our experience was completely professional from the moment they arrived. They turned up in clean, well-presented vans, on time, and ready to work. TSL carried out the lighting installation at our gym, and the service was excellent from start to finish. From the first conversation, they took the time to understand exactly what we were trying to achieve. They helped with all the finer details, from how the lighting would look in the space to how it would present on camera and on social media. I had a vision in mind, but I didn’t know how to bring it to life. Their experience and advice made a huge difference, and they were able to turn that vision into reality. After the initial installation, we realised the space was slightly darker than intended. What impressed me most was how they handled this. There was no hesitation or blame. They listened, worked with us, and came back to make the adjustments needed to get it right. The end result is exactly what we wanted, and honestly even better than I had imagined. Their professionalism and standard of work were excellent throughout. It’s clear they care about doing the job properly, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
