I recently had a fault with charger installed by a company who are no longer trading. The manufacturer did not have a telephone line and correspondence was difficult. I contacted EV Wales via LinkedIn and received a swift response. Throughout I have dealt with Ben who could not be more customer centric in his approach to a resolution. Although EV Wales did not install they were prepared to support with a local engineer to diagnose and attempt to repair swiftly and even supported me with advice and options. The engineer was also very supportive and informative. They were able to resolve the problem and get me back online. Highly recommend EV Wales and cannot thank Ben enough.
