Viable Power is one of the best solar panel companies I’ve encountered. They truly prioritise customer satisfaction. Rob was incredibly helpful during the quote process and has been a pleasure to work with. Finding a company that genuinely puts customers first and strives for the best outcome is rare. I’d love to return for future business.

As there are a few people who I want to name check this may be a long review; but if you want the bottom line, it's brilliant! Everyone at Viable Power has been great. The office staff (Emma, Chris, Nathan) through the owner (Jason) and surveyor (Rob) were all professional, knowledgeable and really quick to reply. The whole installation was done in a single day; the installers (Bradley and Steve) were really quick and the roofers (led by Jon) were great. Everything was discussed and agreed with me at each stage so there were no surprises. Even the scaffolding went up and came down on schedule. Unbelievably delighted with the amount of solar generation. If I have any regrets it's that I didn't get an even bigger battery. Don't hold back on the battery size! Well done Viable Power, a great local company doing a great job.

Rob, the salesman, provided a clear and detailed explanation during the design stage, helping us understand exactly what to expect. He managed the project excellently from start to finish, ensuring everything ran smoothly and on schedule. The installation team was professional and efficient, and Rob’s thorough handover at the end gave us complete confidence in using and monitoring our new system.

No faff, good communication, turned up when they said they would. The engineers(Bradley and Steve) completed the job to a high standard, tidied up when they finished and fully explained how the system worked. Proper tradespeople and a top drawer job. Highly recommended 👍

Solar and Battery Installation

Bradley, Max and Steve were 3 of the team installing my solar and battery set up. These guys were so mindful of their surroundings. Very polite and very knowledgeable if I needed to know anything. The installation is very neat and I would not hesitate in recommending this company for installation of solar and battery systems. These guys are a credit to this company.

Really positive experience from start…

Really positive experience from start to finish. Communication was clear, pricing was transparent and the install team were professional, tidy and easy to deal with on the day. The Hypervolt charger was fitted neatly and they even helped reposition my Ring doorbell which was a nice extra touch. Everything was explained properly and the system was set up so I could start charging straight away. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking at a home EV charger install.
