A member of the team from Justin Bucknell Electrical Limited arrived very promptly and installed a new, and highly recommended, Hypervolt EV charger point. The previous and terrible, Wallbox, was removed and they have taken it away for recycling along with all the packaging for the new one. The installation was straight forwards as it was a swap out but, the installer was very thorough in checking all the previous work and also exchanged one of the safety systems for one that meets the latest standards. All in all a very thorough and professional team.

I want to commend Justin Bucknell Electrical and their staff for the excellent service we received. We had just bought a new EV, and got it home to find that our charger was not working. Thanks to Gemma's efforts, their engineer Pete was able to come as an emergency, and worked for several hours in terrible weather to diagnose the fault and work with Hypervolt to sort it out.
