Electrical Energy

We needed a new roof. I chose Electrical Energy based on the reviews here and the fact they provided the whole range of services needed and it was a smaller local company. Danny came out and discussed an inset panel system, stripping the roof back to the trusses and putting up new felt and battens. The quote came through and whilst not the cheapest we decided to proceed with Electrical Energy. The work crew turned up on the appointed day and early. They very quickly stripped the roof and got the new battens and felt in place the same day. The installation was completed on time and the sparky took me through the system so I understood how it worked and how to isolate it (as I had another job to do on the electrics). There were a couple of hiccups as there are with any job this size, but these were resolved quickly and without fuss. The work crew were professional and even did a couple of little jobs for me whilst the scaffold was in place! I am very pleased with the standard of work and would not hesitate to recommend them if you need a new roof in addition to a Solar PV install.

Excellent customer service. We had solar panels, and batteries fitted and the whole process was smooth and efficient. Since that time I have had a couple of minor issues, and the team have been exceptionally helpful with over the phone advice and supplying me a new WiFi dongle as an emergency at very late notice. Excellent company and highly recommended.

The complete replacement of our home solar system this year was executed flawlessly. The technician delivered outstanding service from start to finish, including the successful repair of our solar communication system, which now allows for seamless monitoring via the app. His work was fast, tidy, and highly professional. Electrical Energy have recently installed our solar system in Lancaster (16x 410w panels, invertor and battery bank) and have provided an excellent service throughout. We have had some unexpected issues with our flat roof, causing a delay to installation but they were on hand, often at unsociable hours to accomodate our ever changing schedule. This was one of the most expensive bits of our build overall so we were a little nervous about who to go with at first, but the whole sales, scheduling, installation and commissioning went really really well and we've already recommended Electrical Energy to people we know.

Excellent company, had our commercial property kitted out with a full system including battery storage, the installers were great, very efficient, defiantly recommend for anyone that wants solar.

Brilliant install by local professionals.

Brilliant install once again with Danny Martin and Craig, With a Givenergy Inverter Solar and Battery setup for our home. The installation was neat and fitted as planned. Danny took time to tailor the setup to our useage and house layout, we went for a west facing setup at the rear of the house and its performing ahead of what we expected. Costs and options were always made clear and we decided to add 4 more panels for winter useage. Great friendly local hard working team who follow through on what they say they will do, we couldnt be more pleased.

Great experience with Electrical Energy

My excellent experience of Electrical Energy echoes the very positive reviews from most previous customers. Like others I also looked at installations through a couple of the major utility companies but went with Electrical Energy because (i) their quote was very competitive, (ii) they were local to my area and (iii), above all, their willingness to listen to my questions and give me the answers I needed. As a complete solar panel novice I was unsure about many aspects of the systems, in my case panels plus a hybrid inverter and battery, but site visits by Paul in the first instance, then Danny, were immensely useful in helping me to clarify my thinking. They always responded quickly and clearly to my e-mail and phone enquiries to make sure I got the system I needed. By contrast, my impression of the other companies I contacted was that they were mostly interested in pushing their "standard system". Installation went ahead quickly and I was impressed by the professionalism of all involved. The scaffolding team were quick and tidy, both in erecting and disassembling the scaffolding, which went ahead within a couple of days of panel installation. Electrical Energy's panel installation team were equally efficient and tidy, and I was especially impressed by their electrical expert, James, who did a great job not just of the installation itself but explaining the ins and outs of the system and associated control app. I have had the system up and running for two months now, and could not be more pleased with it. If anything the benefits are even greater than I expected. My only regret is that I didn't install a system years ago! Overall, I my experience of Electrical Energy was 5 star from beginning to end, and I am happy to recommend them to anyone considering a solar installation.
